真的超級無敵推薦這家酒店。酒店老闆和員工服務人都很好！去的時候因為谷歌導航到一條小路，車被卡在巷子裏，老闆二話不説來幫我們開了出來。
酒店每一處裝修都很用心，早餐觀景位也很棒。酒店位置在核心區域，步行可到大教堂和一家很好的餐廳。小鎮開車五分鐘有酒莊，去Avignon和石頭城也很近。

Localisation exceptionnelle en plein de coeur de l'Isle sur la Sorgue, bâtisse du 13ème siècle superbe avec un escalier en pierre avec beaucoup de cachet. Ambiance galerie d'art originale même si segmentante. Petit déjeuner excellent, produits frais et servis très gentiment par Isabelle qui a vraiment le sens du service. Massage/soin doux et appréciés, le bâtiment adjacent (ancienne maternité) sera certainement magnifique après rénovation pour accueillir l'espace soin en plus de quelques appartements. En revanche, très déçue par la chambre, le 3ème lit adulte n'était qu'un lit de camp très inconfortable rafistolé avec des sangles, plus d'eau chaude après avoir utilisé la baignoire balnéo dans la chambre et l'odeur d'eaux usées/stagnantes dans la chambre ne parvient pas être masquée par les bâtons de senteurs lavande disposés. L'accès au rooftop n'était pas accessible car le jacuzzi est en réfection pour quelques semaines. Hôte jamais avide de conseils mais pas vraiment à l'écoute et ne supportant pas la contradiction. La façon dont il parle à la personne en charge de l'accueil est vraiment désagréable. Bien sûr c'est une batisse ancienne, difficile à entretenir, et nous avons eu un droit à un petit geste commercial mais je ne recommande pas au regard du rapport qualité/prix, surtout hors saison.

You pay a "pet" supplement and the owner makes it clear that he can't stand animals (or children, by the way...), that he allows himself to threaten to "stick you one" when you decide to leave the premises abruptly at 9:30 p.m. after having expressed your indignation at his behavior and who deducts the amount of the night, in fact not occupied, from your credit card without agreement because he has your bank details indicated when paying the deposit at the reservation! Respect however (and courage to her...) for the owner (wife of the owner...) who welcomed us with great kindness and attention!! Endroit magique, accueil au top par Isabel. Tout est décoré avec goût, superbe escalier en pierre Emplacement idéal en centre ville (attention pas de parking, il faut stationner dans les parkings de la ville + ou - moins loin / chers) Chambre spacieuse et propre Espace piscine très agréable, on peut descendre en maillot de sa chambre avec les peignoirs fournis. Des serviettes sont disponibles au niveau de la piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux, avec des produits locaux
