Hôtel agréable, très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons très bien mangé, et la chambre était propre, sentait bon.
Petit bémol sur plusieurs membres du personnel en revanche peu sympathiques.

Bonjour je tenais à partager avec vous notre superbe expérience. Nous avions réservé du Samedi 12 Avril au Lundi 14 Avril au Roseaux des Sables mais finalement nous avons prolongés jusqu'à vendredi 18 Avril. Nous tenons à féliciter et remercier La responsable Aude des restaurants L'Oasys et la Marmite ainsi que son équipe Jek,Gaëtan et Léo qui ont été vraiment au top avec nous de A jusqu'à Z. Bravo pour votre professionnalisme et vos sourires on a adoré être en votre compagnie. Mention spéciale pour "Les délires du Barman" j'ai découvert de superbes cocktails bravoooo encore une fois changez rien . Je vous partage les photos

le plus vieux des hôtels du groupe exsel sur l'ile. un peu vieillot, petit déjeuner vraiment sans plus, mais le personnel est adorable. Rien à voir avec un exsel creolia par exemple. je recommande éventuellement pour les familles.

Le lit était composé de deux matelas rapprochés pour en faire un grand lit, ce qui n’était pas confortable et a entraîné des douleurs au dos. Le plus difficile a été la climatisation, bruyante toute la nuit, avec un bruit comparable à un avion en mode décollage ou croisière—vraiment infernal et empêchant de dormir. De plus, le lieu était infestée de fourmis et de cafards, ce qui a fortement impacté l’expérience. Cependant, je tiens à souligner le point positif : l’accueil chaleureux, le sourire et la disponibilité du personnel, qui ont été très appréciés.

Très bonne accueil, professionnel à l'écoute. Grand piscine adaptés aux enfants, petit déjeuner bien dans l'ensemble. Mentions spéciales pour le restaurant Créole " la marmite" ( buffet à volonté) large choix de spécialités. Le seul petit bémol le lit double n'est pas très confortable. En dehors de ça nous avons passé un très bon weekend. Ont recommande
