Après une belle expérience l’année dernière à 3 reprise . Cette année nous pouvons donner un zéro pointé sur la totalité de la soirée Un responsable inexistant Un service mauvais malgré les serveurs qui essayent Nous avions réservé mais 25 minutes pour avoir une carte Service désorganisé le vin est servi avant les apéros Les tapas arrivent on a rien à boire et une fois les tapas finis on a les cocktails Le 2ieme plat ne correspondait pas à la commande Il a fallu attendre 20 minutes On a pas pu dîner en même temps Ça pourrait être super avec les travaux de la rue mais très déçus comme nos voisins de table

This is a lovely, modern hotel overlooking the sea in the old part of L'Escala. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast as well. It is within a stroll of lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and beaches. We had a very enjoyable stay there and would highly recommend it.

I had a hard time finding my way to the hotel because the road to the hotel parking lot was under construction and I couldn't get in. It would have been nice if they had emailed the guests in advance with directions.

Lots of development work directly outside the hotel at the moment but it didn’t bother me.
The hotel is perfect, central, excellent condition, lovely buffet breakfast and friendly helpful staff. I’d recommend for anyone in the area.

Nous n'avons testé que le restaurant un dimanche soir. Les artichauts confits auraient dû être accompagné de Parmesan et c'était de l'Emmental. La purée aux truffes ne devait pas en avoir beaucoup ! Enfin 2 prix différents pour deux pressions de même quantité et même marque : très surprenant !

Superb!
Very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room itself is spacious enough and actually has an area with a small table and two chairs, which gave extra comfort. Also, the mattress is superior: new and firm. All in all, a great hotel.

Excellent
Clean and well-positioned hotel. It was very quiet, not sure if due of off-season. The mattress is superior. And a special shoutout to a friendly and helpful young gentleman at the reception.

Auf dem Weg zur Messe nach Barcelona machten wir hier Station und waren sehr begeistert von der Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte noch einen kleineren Raum mit Sitzecke vor dem großen Bad. Das Bett war hervorragend und das Frühstück war super. Wir beschlossen spontan nach der Messe noch einige Tage hier zu verbringen. Wir sind schon viel gereist und schätzen daher das Engagement dieses Hauses sehr.
