Parfait, très bon moment, joli service effectué par le personnel de salle et son maître d'hôtel, merci au chef et son personnel pour ces excellents plats, foie gras, viande succulente du filet de boeuf et un plateau de fromage fabuleux pour clôturer ce déjeuner, on recommande, heureux que cette maison historique châlonnaise perdure...

Très bon accueil avec une mention spéciale quand on possède un chien. Gamelles et tapis à disposition dans la chambre pour nos compagnons à 4 pattes. Personnel souriant et agréable à l’hôtel comme au restaurant. Une belle étape à recommander.

Nous avons vécu une expérience extrêmement décevante avec cet hôtel. Malgré le fait que nous ayons reçu une carte cadeau pour notre mariage, l’hôtel a refusé de l’honorer sous prétexte qu’elle avait expiré. Bien que nous comprenions qu'il y ait une date limite, l’hôtel n’a montré aucune volonté de trouver un compromis, malgré notre situation. Ce qui est le plus dérangeant, c’est le ton de leurs communications : désagréable, sec et absolument pas orienté vers la satisfaction du client. Ils ont reçu de l’argent pour un service non fourni, mais estiment n'avoir aucune obligation de leur côté. Il est clair que l’argent prime sur le bien-être de leurs clients. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement si vous recherchez un service professionnel et respectueux de la clientèle !

The hotel is well located for the Eurotunnel. Room was nice and modern with a good shower. My only complaint is that it's not cheap and for the price I think they could add breakfast. €23.50 for breakfast is steep if you just want a coffee and a croissant. Luckily there is a bakery 25 meters away where you can get breakfast for a fraction of the price.

Schön gelegenes, angenehmes Hotel. Grosszügiges Zimmer mit Terrasse, schöne Möblierung, sehr gepflegt, Bad und Toilette getrennt. Ausgezeichnete Matratze. Wir sind jedes Jahr auf der Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Atlantik hier und genießen den Komfort. Der Blick zur Kathedrale ist das Sahnehäubc hen!

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux.Merci Mélanie. Nous avons pu mettre nos vélos en sécurité ce qui est un plus. La chambre était très agréable. J'ai aimé la piscine, le sauna et le hammam. Le repas au restaurant était excellent. Nous reviendrons.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf unserer Durchreise von West nach Ost in Frankreich in L‘Epine zur Übernachtung einschliesslich Abendessen im Hotel. Es hat nach hinten wunderbare ruhige Zimmer sehr moden eingerichtet. Der Privatparkplatz ist abgeschlossen und sicher. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und geschmacklich gut abgestimmt. Der Service im Hotel und Restaurant ist hervorragend, wir kommen wieder. Walter und Mireille

Leider konnte das Hotel nicht überzeugen. Es liegt an einer recht befahrenen Straße. Die Zimmer sind winzig - im Bad kann man sich kaum bewegen. Die Preise dafür völlig überzogen. Einziger Pluspunkt - abschließbarer Parkplatz und recht gutes Restaurant.
