Highly recommend this hotel for family stay! Room is very spacious and comfortable. Hotel is just across JR Kyoto station and is super convenient! Hotel breakfast selection was really good too!

Convenient location. Room though dated but it is cleaned. Buffet breakfast has decent selections.

The bed sheet a little bit dirty before use

Extremely good location. Kyoto station just less than 5 minutes walk. For bus and train. Great selection for breakfast however menu should be changed daily. I ate the same thing for two days😅. The hotel is well maintained. Staffs were friendly and accommodative too. Souvenirs shops, desserts, and restaurants just in the vicinity. Very very convenient . I think the check out 10am is abit early. Otherwise this is a highly recommended hotel for the price and location!

Great location, 100m to JR station. (Just Cross the road) Discount provided to travellers to visit Kyoto tower. Friendly staffs. Will visit again!

The room is relatively large and clean enough. The location is very convenient, just in opposite to Kyoto Station.

Fantastic breakfast with many choices of Japanese and international tastes. Unbeatable location with main bus services just outside hotel entrance! Station opposite hotel in less than 3 minutes walk with abundant choice of eateries.

Front staff was friendly, check in and out was fast. Room was spacious, view was good, window could open and location of the hotel is the best. However, the hallway was very dirty and the room was very dusty and looked tired of all the tourist who had been there. Bed linnen was clean, bathroom and towels also. What you need like tea, toothbrush etc was there. Thank god also slippers..... Always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel in Kyoto, so on that note it was great. But, once was enough.

Every thing is OK except I don't understand why only 1 card is issued for a room. When 1 person has gone out while the other one staying in the room, can't access the room without using the card to access the floor where the room located.
