The front desk service is so impressively great. Only few mintues walk from the station. Quiet and clean. Except one thing, the air con is linked to the central system so we can't choose the temperature and it is still a heat system when it's the begining of April. This is only one kinda disappointing. Overall it's very nice and super close to 7-eleven.

The hotel is in a good location, next to Karasuma Station and multiple bus stops. We went to Osaka after a few days in Kyoto. We took the Hankyu Line from Karasuma Station to Osaka Umeda in less than 50 minutes, which was very convenient.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and will greet you when you meet. The room is larger than expected, and it is very clean and tidy. There is no smell in the refrigerator. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby where you can buy something to eat at night, and it is quite far away from the downtown area. But it can be reached by walking, overall I am very satisfied👍🏻
