Located in Shijo Nishi-dōin, it is a 20-minute bus ride from Kyoto Station and a 20-minute walk to Shijo Kawaramachi. A small building is a B&B, with a small front desk and 9 sets of rooms on the first floor. There is an ice machine, water dispenser, microwave and coin-operated washing machine on the first floor. Trash is collected and towels are changed every day.

The room was nice. Good quality and low price. My family is very satisfied.

1. The reception desk was unmanned after 10pm, but the email sent was very clear and told us how to check in. 2. The facilities are complete, very clean, and all the toiletries are available. The shower gel and other products are from the Rinn chain, so they are all from Pola. 3. There is a charge for the washing machine on the first floor. If you don't have enough toothbrushes, you can refill them for free. 4. We stayed for 4 nights and cleaned on the morning of the third day. Usually when you throw out garbage or change towels, you need to put the small sign on the back of the door and it will be changed. 5. As expected, the windows cannot be opened, but the ventilation facilities are open, so there is no smell. 6. The hotel smells delicious as soon as you walk in. The hotel also sells its own fragrance products~ 7. It is two intersections away from the bus station and more than 10 minutes' walk from the subway station.
