Nice hotel, a bit far from bus stations, but very quiet environment. Garbage handling is a bit annoying compared to other hotels, but they have a microwave which is nice.

The location is good. 2 mins walk to bus stop for Kyoto station. 4 mins walk to fresco supermarket. I like that there is laundry room 300 yen for washing and 100 yen for 30 mins dryer. Laundry pod is provided. The room is spacious per Japan standard. I love the idea of the kitchenette in the room and separate toilet and shower room. Free flow of coffee and tea by the reception. The walls are not soundproof so I could hear heavy steps from upstairs and coughing from next door. I’m not a light sleeper so I slept like a baby with the comfy bed.

I stayed at this hotel during a two weeks holiday with a friend. We spent a lot of time touring so we were only in the hotel to sleep however it was comfortable and clean.

A bit far away from kyoto station about 15 minutes. But nearby easily access bus stop station, but need to spend some time to explore bus line. Bus stop here with mini stand logo. Nearby have convenient stores less than 5 minutes walking distance. Pretty good on amenities services, e.g. dryer and washing machine.

Great location and an absolutely lovely room which is much bigger than the rooms in most hotels and serviced apartments in Japan. There is free coffee downstairs in the lobby area and the room boasts a fridge, tabletop stove, microwave and bath. All in all 100% recommended, we loved it!

Easy to access location. Friendly staff and tidy room with a Japanese flare. There are not many restaurants nearby but there are quite a few continence store.

The bathroom has a clothes drying function, which is very good! ! The underwear will dry quickly in the bathroom after washing, and hangers are also provided. There are also coin-operated washing machines and dryers on the first floor. Two bottles of water will be given when you check in. The email response speed is very fast. There are subway stations and bus stops near the hotel, and it is about 20 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. The room is relatively large for this price in Japan, and you can spread out the suitcase, separate the wet and dry areas, and there is a place to cook. But the sound insulation is not good. If there is a child crying next door at night, it feels like crying in your own room.

A highly recommended treasure hotel. At first, I searched for the keyword "kitchen" and found it. After 9 am and before check-in time, you can go directly to the service center near Kyoto Station to store your luggage for free, and you can get the room card directly from the service center. After check-in time in the afternoon, you can take the room card directly to the hotel address, and you don't have to worry even if the front desk is off work. The luggage will be delivered directly to the room in advance. The lady at the service center is very enthusiastic and meticulous. I replied to the hotel email in advance to inform the arrival time and birthday wishes. When I checked in, a beautiful towel set was placed on the bed, which can be taken away for free, and there was a small handwritten card by the staff, which was very touching. The table in the room can be turned over, and there is an electronic stove under the table. There are tableware and small pots in the cabinet, as well as a microwave oven. You can go to the supermarket to buy and buy without worry. It is completely ok to grill, fry and boil beef in the room. The bathroom and toilet are separated into dry and wet areas, and the washing and care set is lemon-flavored pola. In short, I like it very much and strongly recommend it. I will stay here next time I come to Kyoto and want to cook.

We were a group of five people including a five-year-old baby. We booked a connecting room and stayed for three nights. I didn't expect that the table could be converted into a kitchen for cooking. It was really a good design. Although the lobby is small, coffee and tea are provided free of charge. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby which is quite convenient. It is also very close to Higashi Honganji Temple and Nishi Honganji Temple. It is a quiet place in a bustling city. The sheet on the bed said that cleaning was only done if you stayed for more than four nights, and the bathtub was very kid-friendly.

When I checked out, I wanted to store my luggage, but the front desk suddenly said that they were closing the store in the afternoon, from 12 to 3 noon. When I checked in, there was no advance notice, and when I took my luggage down, they said they couldn't store it. I could only push the suitcase out.

There is a bus at the door, convenience stores and supermarkets are very close, and it is very convenient to go to Kyoto Station, Shijo and other attractions.

Superb luxury apartment. Cleanliness was great 👌 nothing to complain about, the staff was great. The little extra: free coffee and tea were the best 💗 Attentive and always helpful. Honestly, I'd definitely go back. The only downside was the super hard sofa bed 😂😂😂 but hey, it's nothing 🤣🤣🤣💕
