During the trip, I was not asked to leave the deposit. We handed over things to wash. Last night a London service staffer brought things and began to demand from my 12-year-old son that he pay for the service. The child was scared, called me. I didn't have the opportunity to come to the room immediately and I offered to pay later, but this man continued to demand money. As a result he left things in the room. But he scared the child and made me nervous. We paid breakfast, so we had to eat in the morning at the hotel. dirty plates, tables without cups and glasses, constantly empty dishes with food, flat cruissants, unfresh bread, tea poured in the coffee shop, waiters don't bring drinks. Of course, we didn't go to this place to eat lunch, because the prices here were twice as high as in the restaurant on the central square. Never advised anyone this potentially good hotel of the Mariotte system, after all the staff here care about the comfort of the guests. This place should have zero stars for its disgusting service and attitude to the patrons!
