This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was completely satisfied with everything. The staff's hospitality, the extensive facilities, the comfort of the room (it even had a bath), the access to Nagashima Spa Land, and the food were all top-notch. We had a Japanese-style meal, and I wanted to enjoy it at a leisurely pace, but with my two-year-old, I was worried he might get fussy, so I asked them to speed things up. They readily accommodated, and the food was served one after another, which was very helpful. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the main course and the final dessert. The on-site souvenir shop and game center kept the kids entertained, and the hot spring bath in the room was a real plus. There was also a path to Nagashima Spa Land, so we could go back and forth in our swimsuits, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

I went with my family, and the rooms were spacious and clean.
The indoor bath was also great because it had free-flowing water so you could always use it!
It was great that there were other facilities where you could enjoy bathing all day long.
It was easy to get to Nagashima Spa Land, which was helpful as we went during the hot season.

This is my second time staying here. This time the room also comes with a small hot spring bathroom which is great👍. The quality of dinner is very good, especially the Ise Ebi 🦞 sashimi is so delicious! The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and delicious!

We came back yesterday. We went with just our kids (high school students). The front desk staff were very accommodating when we told them in advance that we would be going with just the kids, and it looked good after we got there. The pool and baths were close, and there was an easy-to-access path, so we came back very happy. We'll go again! Thank you very much.
