Overall was bad experience I give it 2 out of 5.
1- Uporoffesional receptionist..skipped my que during check in and served another guest took longer to check not providing any info about the stay or even WiFi access.
2- Room has issues reported and some hasn't been resolved. Room without any towels. TV wasn't working. No hot water.

اتعامل مع الفندق من فتره طويله وخصوصا الموظفين والاداره معاملهم راقيه جدا وحاله المنتجع كامل جيده كل الامكانيات موجوده شاليهات وغرف وسويتات ملاحظه تم تجديد الشاليهات بالكامل اتمني حمام السباحه يكون دافيء لانه مكشوف ولكن الجيم حمام سباحه مغطي افضل نادي بالكويت اتمني يزيدون الانشطه وخصوصا للاطفال

Decent for the price, not resort style service
Hotel advertised adjoining rooms. With my booking of 2 rooms I made the request for rooms to adjoin. Upon checkin we were told our rooms could not be together. Also, each night we had to request bath towels. The first night we had to call twice and the second night it took 4 phone calls before we received our towels. The room had been cleaned and towels taken away but not replaced. Not overly impressed with the service.
The breakfast buffet was reasonable.
Pools were clean, but not heated.
