The room is very big, worthy of being designed by Australians. It is a little far from the ski resort, but the hotel provides free shuttle service, which is very convenient. I don't have to worry about the round-trip transportation. I will stay here again next time.

Everything is good except the price! I love the environment of the villa! The kitchen, dining room and living room are upstairs, and the bedroom is downstairs. It is a 6-minute drive from Hirafu. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the ski resort, which is available on call and special car pick-up.

A beautiful and comfortable chalet with great view to the mountains. Fully contained with all kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and suitable climate control - heated when required, cool when required. Special commendation to Kaori san in Reservations/Guest Services and Mayuri san Concierge. Every query and request was thoroughly and genuinely followed up in a very timely manner. Sorry that we didn't get the names of other team members as everyone was equally as diligent and supportive.

Just spent a fantastic week at Shimai (chalet 63) - the house is cozy, has lots of board games and a nintendo switch, a nice onsen downstairs, comfy beds and a private shuttle to the ski slopes! Had a fantastic time and I will be back next year. Really felt like we were in the middle of nature but also just 5min away from the town and the slopes!

Our stay at Shimai (Chalet #63) was nothing short of amazing! The chalet offered incredible views of the mountains and a fantastic range of amenities that made the stay so magical — our favorites being the private home onsen (hits hard after a day on the slopes), board games and Mario Kart for cozy game nights. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well-equipped, modern and had excellent heating which kept us toasty. Getting around was effortless, thanks to the on-demand shuttle service to the ski lifts / restaurants. This chalet exceeded my expectations in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect winter retreat ❄️

My second stay at The Orchards Niseko and it kept up to it's promise. Stayed in Chalet No 63 called Shimai which was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our group of 6 friends. The chalet has everything you need, including a washer+dryer, private en-suite Onsen, a TV + Nintendo, a BOSE soundbar and a fully equipped kitchen. While it's a bit away from the busy Niseko village, we really enjoyed the quietness and the free shuttle service brings/picks you up from the slopes in 5 mins. Even went for a run around the area

A spacious and nice chalet
The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep.

We had an amazing stay at Fox Lodge in Niseko. The house was clean, very spacious, and offered breathtaking views of both Mt. Yotei and Mt. Niseko-Annupuri from the living room—truly enchanting! Its convenient location made it easy for us to grab delicious Japanese food from Coop and AEON upon our arrival. The next day, we enjoyed a delightful Japanese-French meal at a nearby restaurant. A special thanks to Ms. Aga and Mr. Ben from the Guest Services team for their exceptional help during our stay. Thank you, once again! Highly recommended!
