I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

Stayed here on 20-22 Dec 2023. Location is actually very good, near multiple food options and also just a 7min walk from bus stop. Just that if you are dragging luggage in the snow, it’s not that fun🤣. Room was spacious and comfortable for 2, with the view from the room being a slope with people skiing. Pretty cool. Breakfast was buffet spread of mostly Japanese breakfast food, nothing too fancy but gets the energy in for ski day

The hotel is located in Niseko, just opposite the cable car and the entrance of the Hilove Snow Factory. Just cross the road! It's so convenient. You can ski in and out and pick up the rented ski equipment directly at the hotel! The ski equipment is also good, you can book it directly online according to your needs! As for the room, I booked a twin room in advance. The hotel sent an email to ask if I needed to upgrade to a view room. I decisively upgraded it and added a little fee. There are Chinese service staff at the front desk of the hotel, and guests can make reservations for private soup every day, which is really the best way to heal after skiing! The breakfast at the hotel is very rich every day. It's mainly convenient. You don't need to go out to find a restaurant. I also had a dinner at the hotel. The cost performance is not very high, but it's still convenient. I still want to book this hotel next time. The warm color and convenient location are right outside the parking lot of the Hilove station, and it's also very worry-free to take the bus to the airport.

I went to Niseko to ski with my groom, but this hostel was definitely the best! The breakfast was delicious and close to the ski resort, especially the hot springs were so clean and spacious! If you apply in advance, you can enjoy private hot springs, so it would be great if you come with your family and lover! Private hot springs are also about 20,000 won, so it's a great value for money!

It’s really great, ski in ski out! It is 100 meters away from Hirafu Cable Car No. 1. After skiing every day, you can store your ski equipment in the 2F ski room. It is so easy to change into hotel slippers! The ski house also helps clean snowboards and dry snowshoes. So warm! Breakfast was great too! By the way, the hotel also has a shuttle bus to Kutchan JR Station.

The location is good, not far from the shopping area. The room is clean, but each three-bedroom and two-bedroom suite has a room without a window, which is very stuffy and feels a bit hypoxic when sleeping in it. The hotel's food and beverage is very ordinary, and there are no facilities for small children around. The big kids can slide in and out, which is very convenient. It is recommended to choose a large hotel for children under 7 years old.

One day, they helped me wash the cups in the sink. The details were also very clean. The design style of the hotel is also very pleasing. The whole is dark. When it snows, the patio in the middle is particularly beautiful. Then during the day, when you open the curtains, the outside is white and the light reflected into the house is also very soft. Because the color tone of the room is gray and warm gray, the only thing is that the lighting does not feel bright enough at night. When cooking and eating in the room, the light does not feel sufficient. Although the breakfast is similar every day, each category has high quality. I stayed for five consecutive days and did not get tired of it. Bread and butter can still be eaten. The biggest feature of the hotel should be the service. 24-hour Chinese, and there is a free shuttle bus that only needs to be booked one day in advance to go to the two supermarkets in the town. The restaurants nearby are very delicious. One day I wanted to go to the little red dot to buy stickers. Uber couldn't get a taxi at all, so I asked the hotel to help call a taxi. It's a flat rate, 300 RMB for a 3km round trip, so it's so convenient that the hotel provides free car service.
