"Facilities: This hotel is truly the best value in Niseko. When we booked the Park Hyatt next door, they didn't have triple rooms, so we opted for JAL. While the price wasn't cheap, the experience was excellent. 308 is a three-minute walk away, and we went to see the mountain lights on our first night, catching the fireworks on the last day of Golden Week. It was a wonderful experience.
Service: Breakfast is included daily. Just having the homemade seafood bowl for breakfast is enough to fill a room. A bowl of seafood rice with roe in Sapporo would cost 4,000 NTD, but here you can eat whatever you want. Since it's difficult to book at the Park Hyatt, we also ate dinner and lunch in the restaurant. We had Ezo deer steak, which was delicious, all lean meat, and there's also a soup curry option.
Environment: Behind the hotel is a forest with tree walking and tree trekking options. You can schedule activities and go. The hotel's The Shop also sells fireworks, so it's very affordable to take the kids to set off fireworks at night. Fireworks are practically impossible to set off in Beijing."
"The place was very good overall. Service was great, free shuttle to Niseko everyday, nice onsen, good facilities outside the room. There's a convenience shop next door and also a large supermarket.
The only issue was that the curtain in the cabin has an open space above it so it's quite bright when you want to sleep. Also I had bad luck to have a noisy neighbor for a couple of days."
"Park Hyatt Niseko is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious hotels in this premier winter ski destination. It's actually a sprawling resort complex, featuring both hotel rooms and residences, primarily designed for winter skiing. What's more, it offers direct ski-in/ski-out access to the ski lifts from the hotel's back door.
During the summer months, most shops are closed, and about half of its affiliated restaurants operate on limited hours or are shut down. Guest numbers are significantly lower, and prices are considerably cheaper. It seems they primarily operate during this season just to maintain normal hotel functions.
The hotel boasts several upscale restaurants, including a French restaurant overseen by a three-Michelin-starred chef, a top-tier Cantonese restaurant, Teppanyaki, Robatayaki, and a sushi establishment. Outside of the winter season, only the lobby bar operates normally; the opening hours for other venues require prior confirmation.
The hotel's overall design exudes an air of extreme luxury and grandeur. The rooms are equally opulent and high-end, with simple yet practical lighting. It's impeccably clean and comfortable, and all toiletries are top-of-the-line. The Wi-Fi speed can be inconsistent at times, and I expect it to be even slower during the busy winter season."
"Everything was good, except the breakfast choices were not as much to chose from, It did not worth the long queue for our family in the early morning.
Other than that, everything was great, service was excellent. I left my luggage at the lobby while I checked out, they managed to send me the luggage back to Sapporo the next day. It was greatly appreciated."
"The location is great. If the weather is nice, the view of Mt. Yotei is great, and the facilities are new and comfortable. It is recommended for summer as it is relatively cheap to stay."
"This hotel is perfectly located on the most happening street, making it super convenient for exploring. Newly renovated, everything feels fresh and incredibly clean. The room was fully equipped, you can get whatever you need.
A special shoutout to the receptionist from Taiwan, she was so helpful and friendly—my kids still talk about how much they miss them! Highly recommend staying here!"
"The hotel environment and facilities are very ideal, the staff service is very good, and the food quality is also good.
I will consider staying here again next time I go skiing in Hokkaido."
"The hotel is right next to the Hirafu ski resort, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The bedroom is a bit small, but considering the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room can see the sheep's foot mountain and the scenery is very beautiful."
"Everything is good except the price! I love the environment of the villa! The kitchen, dining room and living room are upstairs, and the bedroom is downstairs. It is a 6-minute drive from Hirafu. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the ski resort, which is available on call and special car pick-up."
"Good service, free pick-up, help book the bus to the airport, and help the bus ticket service is all free, there is Chinese service staff, the location is very close to the snow field."

Amazing
RRunAlongMy experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway .
What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome.
I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!
GGuest UserI think it's really good. It's the closest hotel to Hirafu Base. It's also convenient to walk to eat. The second floor can help dry snowshoes and store snow equipment. Opposite is a shop for renting snow equipment. It's super convenient. There are also Chinese speakers at the front desk of the hotel. I will stay here again next snow season
GGuest UserThe ski hotel is very good. It should be the closest hotel to the ski resort in Hirafu. There are cable cars in front and behind the hotel. I booked a two-bedroom suite, which can cook. The tools are complete. You can also take a hot spring bath when you are tired of skiing. You can also make an appointment for a private hot spring! You can rent ski equipment on the first floor of the hotel. After skiing, there are people who take care of the snowboard and dry the snowshoes. The breakfast is also very rich~
Xxxxu99The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hirafu Welcome Center. The staff will contact us by email in advance, and the pick-up is very convenient and on time! There is a locker for ski equipment on B1, which is a real skiin-out. B1 goes directly to the chairlift, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Ace Gondola! The pizza on the first floor is delicious and not expensive. You can walk directly at noon. There is a very convenient supermarket Hirafu188 nearby, and it is not far to Lawson. Breakfast can be solved in your own kitchen. Everything is good!
RR J WClean and accessible via shuttle bus (though infrequently) or via GO car. Staff were helpful and polite. There is a diner downstairs (Midtown Diner) which is convenient if it is snowing hard and you need to eat in for lunch/dinner. There are rooms to store ski equipment, and coin washing machines for easy laundry. There were also some nice Christmas decorations at the lobby.
YYUEThe apartment is modern in style, fully equipped, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, nestled in the beautiful snow scenery of Niseko, and the mountain view of Mount Yangjiao seems to be close at hand. On the main street, there is a shuttle bus to the ski lift in the morning, which is very convenient. Returning to skiing in the evening, taking a walk on the lively streets, a wide variety of restaurants, and delicious street food. Not far from the supermarket, you can make your own breakfast, or you can be next to the warm and beautiful coffee shop.
BBbbcccVery good hotel
Whether it isservice, hardware, or accessories, they are all first-class
The front desk will provide a WhatsApp phone number when you check in.
Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc.
We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos.
The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel.
The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware.
The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance.
This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko.
Thanks intuition team again🥰
MManyHatsStaff were very pleasant and accommodating. Gave good suggestions and recommendations. The rooms were very cozy and cleanliness was superb. Very convenient location and provided free shuttle service as well as transport on request to Kutchan JR train station. Convenience stores were nearby as well as a few restaurants, apart from the in-house restaurant which provided decent breakfast & simple dishes from menu provided. Altogether an excellent stay and will repeat stay there when going to Niseko again.
AAlinkaShockIt was an amazing stay! The room was big and clean, we liked their toiletries ( such as skin care products)
The huge bonus was a private onsen😍 it's a must after skiing, but even if you don't have one, you can use a shared one downstairs 👌
Breakfast was quite good and we really enjoyed how close the hotel is to the slope, you can actually see it from the window
They also have lockers for your ski gear which is so convenient
Overall highly recommend to stay 👍
GGuest UserHinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient.
While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay!
Would definitely stay here again!
