The place is good, but they do not provide bottled water. If you consider Bisleri 1 liter at Rs. 20, some families with babies prefer good quality water. In the Agoda application, it is mentioned that water is free, but when I visited the place, I found that they categorize the water. The staff can be very rude at times. I explained the full details, but the reception manager was unable to understand. The desk staff need to improve their courtesy, as their behavior was rude, and they should learn proper manners.

The food is absolutely amazing! The rotis are the best I had. I want to thank all of them personally even though I do not know their names for giving me one of the best meals I ever had. Easily the best garlic naan, the best misi roti and the best kulcha, they were so soft and amazing. We were ably assisted by Minati who made our experience a memorable one! Definitely going to recommend and come back here. The best food in Gandhidham and perhaps in the country too.

The bed and pillows were the fluffiest and the the room were like heaven and the rides of Waterpark were best to take selfie we had to not find place everything was best I loved it .the food experience was also the best.the services were also the best.

Worst hotel experience ever. The staff was rude, not helpful and service was terrible. The food quality was poor, there were stains on my towel, insects in my room. I was new to the place, they did not let my friends enter the room. when i ordered water bottles, i wanted only 2 instead of 4 but the waiter was extremely rude. I had signed no bill or made the payment yet he was shouting at me for no reason. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they ruined my experience and my friends birthday.

We enjoy the music with food. And overall it was peaceful experience here. Pool has clear water. Property is well hygiene. Just one thing I would like to mention is there was no hanger to hang wet clothes in washroom or anywhere in room. Otherwise it was beautiful.
