it was a good as well as a little bad experience. i visited the place for the first time and weather and surroundings were excellent 👌🏻 loved the atmosphere and the vibes also the food was excellent but the service at the restaurant was poor. started off with lunch and there were hair (human hair) inside the dish which i complained. also during the dinner time service was very bad as i asked for water and the waiter did not respond as if i was ignored. after staring at waiter they responded. all over food was of good taste but the service was very much poor at the restaurant. all over it was a great experience except for food service.

Hotel is at remote place. Roads to Bhuj are not good. Room service was poor. extra bed provided was very bad. only springs. Got one more average bed after one hour following up at 11 midnight. Shampoo provided only after follow up. They discourage you for all carte food, as limited availability. instead they ask you to go for Rs 850 buffet dinner. No option, because no other food outlet is nearby. Food quality was very good. Swimming pool timing 7-10, but not cleaned upto 9:30. breakfast timing 7:30-10:30. How can you swim before breakfast. Wash room not cleaned without follow up in our 3 night stay. staff was cooperative but insufficient staff. washroom flush was not operating on day1. Repaired but cover coming out frequently. washroom jet spray flow not ok. Towels not replaced daily without follow up. Swimming pool no supervision. Guests not asked to get shower first. No control about swimming costume. Only one shower room, with damaged lock handle. Event organized in garden with dinner on 3rd night of our stay. Dinner price Rs 1300. Indirect compulsion, as limited options in ala carte that night. Water bottle priced Rs 50. Overall experience was not good (after a very good experience in Fern Goa). Earlier, we received similar bad experience in The Fern Hyderabad). Not worth for money.
