I made a reservation at this hotel on Booking for almost 3 weeks in May-June 2022, I received a confirmation with the reservation number. The hotel is ideal for tourists. In the most historic center. The room is big. However, heating broke in our room. And in December in Kutaisi was cold. So the room was frozen.
