Останавливались в отеле Balcony на 4 ночи. В целом, нам всё очень понравилось: мы искали недорогой вариант с хорошим расположением и необходимыми удобствами, и всё это мы нашли в нашем отеле.
Плюсы:
1) великолепный зал с панорамными видом на 4 этаже, где проходят завтраки. Но зал был открыт в течение всего дня, и мы спокойно приходили выпить чай и перекусить своей едой
2) вкусный и разнообразный завтрак: салаты, каша/гарнир, сосиски, отварные яйца, хлеб, чай, кофе и иногда фрукты. Шведский стол, но если постояльцев мало, то накрывают индивидуально
3) наш номер с двуспальной и односпальной кроватью был просторный и достаточно удобный. У нас был кондиционер, холодильник, фен. Также приятно порадовали халаты и тапочки для гостей.
4) с персоналом отеля всегда можно было связаться через WhatsApp, все были приветливы и отзывчивы
Минусы:
1) уборки за 4 дня в номере не было, под конец уже было не очень чисто
2) в номер иногда заходили муравьи с улицы, но мы не оставляли еду, поэтому проблем с ними не возникло

Good hotel but location hard to find

A wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked.
Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the 4th floor, there you can also drink tea and coffee on your own during the day or even sit with friends (we did this on the last evening: we bought Georgian delicacies and champagne and sat with a Christmas tree and chatted)
The breakfast is simple, but enough to not go hungry. I would only add a coffee machine😊😊
Perhaps the only downside is that the central heating did not work (but it is there!!). In addition to the air conditioner, they gave me an electric heater, so it was quite normal, only the bathroom was cool.
I think turning on the heating will solve these problems.

Overall - I recommend it!

The hygiene was okay, but when I wanted to take a shower in the morning, I found that there was no hot water, and the water that had been left for a long time was still cold. I couldn't take a shower and had to give up.
The bed was extremely damp and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was very good, rich and fresh.
