Absolutely beautifull but otherwise the worst experience ever. Normale we do write reviews but in this case we would like to inform other travellers. Most, not all of the Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. My wife was urged , although sick in bed, to make both rooms vacant after two nights (while fam. On snorkelling trip) during 5 nights stay. Unannounced and no asking politely but ordering to pack for five within the hour. Electricity issue in one of the rooms was sorted only by turning AC off, after reporting various times it was still not working with AC set below 26deg, we were promised it to be solved, but no one ever showed. So we had to find solution in leaving AC at 26 with minimum fan. At breakfast, every day shortage of coffee/ tea cups. Asking staff for cups, they tell you yes and disappear. Towels in room where removed but not replaced, took 2 walks to the reception to finally have some showering towels Asked for the manager but he ignored us. The place is as beautiful as in the pictures, no doubt, but is just very poorly managed.

Was really good and great service and very quiet and respectful to everyone. But … suddenly the big family came to celebrate maybe around 20 people and was feeling like we were in someone’s party who rented all hotel . Probably they were family of the owner or manager but it was very disrespectful to other visitors 😡 they were very loud and annoying ( not kids ) and they ate on the swimming pool just in the water . The party was till 1 am and it was terrible … unfortunately the end of vacation was not peaceful and relaxing

Bardzo dobry, pięknie położony hotel. Śliczna plaża, pokoje z bocznym widokiem na morze. Przyjemne baseny. Obsługa bardzo miła, kelnerzy uczynni. Sprzątanie codziennie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, dania z karty smaczne i w przystępnych cenach. Drinki kolorowe. Niczego nam nie brakowało. W hotelu dostępne gratis rowery oraz rejsy łodzią. Przed hotelem taxi. Mały sklep oraz mała restauracja 100 m od hotelu. Możliwość dokupienia all inclusive w recepcji hotelu oraz przedłużenia doby za dopłatą w dniu wyjazdu.

Bardzo nie polecam hotelu!! Ostatniego dnia przed wylotem po porannym sprzątaniu SKRADZIONO mi perfum z blatu szafki. Po zgłoszeniu tego obsłudze nic z tym nie zrobiono. Gdy dodałam negatywną opinie na Google, dostałam odpowiedź, że rzekomo ja z moim partnerem źle się zachowywaliśmy (rzekomo każdy dzień spędzaliśmy pijani). Szkoda, że osoba która napisała tą odpowiedź nie wie, że ja i mój partner jesteśmy osobami, które alkoholu nie piją i o godzinie 21:00 chodziliśmy codziennie spać. P.S. Nie znalazłam w walizce perfumu także nie mam za co przepraszać. Za to WY za swoje zachowanie, które obraża mnie i mojego partnera - POWINNIŚCIE PRZEPROSIĆ.

Pequeño resort muy acojedor, en la misma playa, limpio y con el personal muy amable, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. La comida tambien nos gusto mucho, habia europea y local. Las excursiones las reservamos en el hotel y no fueron nada caras, si te vas a alojar en el sur de la isla es muy buena opcion. Repetiria.

Un autentico paraíso en el tranquilo y bello sur de Zanzibar. No es un resort al uso, es un pequeño hotel con dos piscinas y pequeña playa privada sobre el océano indico(vaya vistas!!)con un conjunto de bungalows en dos plantas con habitaciones decoradas de forma minimalista, ambiente africano,modernas y super cómodas. Muy buena la comida de bufet o a la carta según el régimen que se contrate El bar/comedor en dos plantas, es el centro del complejo tanto para desayunar, comer o tomar alguno de los deliciosos (sobre 7$) cócteles q sirven Hay animación nocturna, nosotros vimos un grupo local genial q hizo q todos acabáramos bailando Organizan, a través, de una agencia local muchas actividades en la isla tanto de medio dia como de dia completa, que están mas baratas q en la agencia por la q íbamos, con unos guías y transfer buenísimos. Tuvimos la suerte de conocer a Eduardo, el gerente del hotel, el director estaba de vacaciones (ambos españoles, porque el hotel es de propiedad española) q estuvo encantador con nosotros y superamable. Estábamos de aniversario y nos sorprendieron el último día con una tarta!!! El equipo de camareros,animadores,limpieza,recepcion son geniales, siempre con una sonrisa y ayudándonos con nuestro horrible ingles AKUNA MATATA/POLE POLE Gracias a todos!!! Hemos pasado unos días q no olvidaremos JUANJO&GEMA

Wonderful boutique hotel. Beautiful beach, very tasty food and smiling hotel staff. On-site gym (it's a bit old, but it's there) and two swimming pools. Large selection of drinks and a la carte dinner. Open buffet breakfasts and dinners. Rooms cleaned daily. In the evenings, just before dinner, an interesting tradition of getting to know each other with local juices and alcohol.

Un environnement favorable est exceptionnel avec un régime des marées superbe, à marée basse on peut marcher jusqu'à la barrière de corail. Le supplément langouste à 5 $. Une animation avec Zizou et Omar parfaite et des excursions sans supplément parfaites pour approcher les locaux, visite en ville, culture des algues, plages à proximité. Petite structure 49 chambres. Restauration variée et de qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel et surtout l'équipe d'animation. Bon séjour à tous ceux qui feront ce choix.
