no hand wash liquid or toilet paper, cockroach was there, so much suffocation, no air ventilation, parking was terrible, bathroom door handle was not working, window lock was broken, mosquito was there

Our stay was generally pleasant. However, we encountered a few minor issues:
Phone Malfunction: The phone in the room was not working, which made it difficult to contact reception when needed.
TV Channel Subscription: The TV lacked a channel subscription, meaning there were no channels available for viewing. While not a major concern for us, it was disappointing for our child who was hoping to watch some children's programs.
Aside from these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay.

Booked for 2 nights, the property location is good. However below average maintenance with the rooms being less clean, roaches inside the room. Had issue with no Wi-Fi and even put in complaints 3-4 times eventually ended up using my mobile data allowance. Not worth the price.

Very nice ambiance in room and hotel and food also good in taste. In future i will recommend to stay to my family and friends hotel has spacious car parking and easily accessible for any shopping or any other requirements
