It was a very pleasant and unusual experience. The hotel is intimate, traditional. The staff is pleasant and attentive. We took a room with futons and an included kaiseki dinner (a separate gastronomic adventure). Each room has its own personal small onsen, which is available at any time during the stay.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it exudes a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. It is about a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Onsen Station and only a 1-minute walk from Yubatake! You can also see Guangquan Temple outside the hotel. The Guangquan Temple is very beautiful when it is lit up at night. A highlight of the hotel is that each room is equipped with a private hot spring room, allowing us to enjoy exclusive hot spring time at any time and completely relax our body and mind without having to share it with others. The design of the bathhouse is simple and elegant, and the wooden decoration adds a warm atmosphere. Our group booked two rooms, which were just equipped with two hot spring houses. The hotel was very considerate and arranged different spring qualities, so that we could experience different springs at the same time, fully enjoy the unique charm of Kusatsu Onsen, and feel the different effects of each spring water. The healing effect. Travelers who like public hot springs can also choose to use the hotel’s public hot spring pool. Although we were unable to experience it this time, I believe this is also a good choice. We chose the one night, two meals plan which included dinner and breakfast. The dinner was exquisite and the ingredients were carefully selected. The main dish was Sukiyaki of Joshu beef, which was delicious and generous in size. When checking in, the receptionist asked if you didn't eat beef, but since my family members didn't have any dietary restrictions, I didn't know if you didn't eat beef. What item will be replaced? The breakfast is a rich Japanese set meal with various side dishes. If you have special needs, we recommend that you contact the hotel directly by phone. This is my second time staying here. I think it's great value for money. There are only 6 rooms, the large communal bath is not crowded, and each room has its own private bath. There is a parking lot and the location is perfect. The unused rooms are used as private rooms for private meals. They are served almost all at once, but considering the cost of accommodation, it's not a problem. If it were closer to my house, I would definitely consider staying here again.
