If you walk for about 5 minutes from the Kusatsu Onsen bus stop, you will see the Kusatsu Onsen main street Yubatake, and this is a hot spring inn located right behind the Yubatake.
The facilities look quite old,
but the interior is neat and tidy.
The hot spring inside the building is located on the first floor,
but the interior feels a bit cramped,
but when I went in, there weren't many users, so it wasn't inconvenient.
The view around the hot spring is nice, so it's okay,
but the service at the izakaya nearby is terrible, so I don't recommend going to this izakaya.

Hotel staff was very nice & helpful. Convenient to the Centre of yukatake, lots of restaurants nearby. There is 2 other sister hotel that you can freely to enjoy the Onsen.

Daitokan is right in front of the Yubatake, and there is a Seven-Eleven and other restaurants nearby. You can eat dinner at Uoden inside Daitokan from 5:00, so it was very convenient. There is a shuttle bus to the Kamenoi Hotel-affiliated Kusatsu resort that leaves every 10 to 15 minutes from 3:00, and there is a sauna, so I spent every day there. It was fun to visit three hot springs. I've stayed here four nights already, and I'm going back for another three nights.

Although I was concerned about the staff's slightly inexperienced operation, it was still a very wonderful hotel.

The building and rooms were disappointing.
The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of items, and the ingredients used seemed to be of high quality, so everything was delicious.
The hotel is located right next to the Yubatake bath, so it's up to the guests to decide whether the negative aspects of the room can be offset by that. However, I was surprised at how hard it was to open the sliding doors, and how loud it made when I opened them forcefully. I'd like them to pay attention to simple maintenance.
