奮発して泊まったが湯畑から引いているお湯だと楽しみにしていた貸切風呂が水風呂に近いくらい冷たく入れたものじゃなかった。 硫黄の香りも全然しないし水でかなり薄めている感じだった。あまりにお風呂が冷たいのでサウナ後の水風呂かと思うくらいでした。 すぐにクレームを言いに行ったら前の人が水を足したせいでしょうかね？と客のせいにする始末。お風呂に確認に行ってくださいと伝え、行ってもらったがその後なんの音沙汰無し。 翌朝フロントに貸切風呂の件はどうなったのか確認するとお湯と水の調整間違えでしたとサラッと言うだけ、、。 そうじゃなくて、確認行った後すぐに状況を伝えるべきだし謝罪をきちんとするべきなんじゃないでしょうか？ 貸切風呂を楽しみにして行ったのに入らずに帰って来たんですよ！ 2度と行きません！高いお金払うだけ無駄です！お勧めしません！

I visited for the first time in early October. It was a special room with a spacious floor plan, not only the bath, but also a large garden that could be seen clearly from each room, and the room was surrounded by trees. It was cool in Kusatsu, so I was thankful for the floor heating, which made my stay comfortable. The bath also had large windows, making it look like an open-air bath surrounded by trees in the garden. The food was more delicious than I expected, and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of autumn. The person in charge of the room was courteous and attentive, and I could see the hostess greeting me during dinner, which made me feel the hospitality of a Japanese inn for the first time in a while. This is an inn that I would like to visit again.
