If it weren't for the shuttle bus problem and the souvenir shop staff's cruelty, I would give this hotel full marks.
The Karuizawa shuttle bus was fully booked a month in advance. I had to work hard to transfer to other bus stations, which made me a little out of budget.
The attitude of the staff is very cruel. I shouldn't be in trouble for them when I shop at the souvenir shop, right? Why be dissatisfied.
Other facilities, hot springs, buffet experience and Yubata shuttle bus all made me very happy! Free ice cream, ramen and cheese are delicious.
There is also a private soup here, which is a different experience.
