The front desk can speak fluent English, and the service attitude is better than other higher-level hot spring hotels. The staff are all girls and very patient, which made me feel very warm on this solo trip. The food is delicious, beyond expectations, and the price/performance ratio is quite high The location is more convenient than expected. Barley tea is available 24 hours a day after bathing. The only downside is that the bathhouse doesn't have a locker, so I felt a little uneasy when bathing. Overall 10 points recommended I will come here again next time

The location is great. Sainokawara and the Yubatake are just a few minutes away on foot. I took a walk in Sainokawara before 6am, and it was refreshing. The hotel was clean, and I was able to spend a relaxing time in a calm atmosphere. The food also tasted natural and was very satisfying. The morning rolled omelet* was the best. I'd like to eat it again. I love saunas, and this one was just under 80 degrees, so I was able to relax and unwind. The bath was small, but I didn't meet many people there and was able to enjoy it almost by myself. Cotton bath and embroidered towels. I wanted them because they were comfortable to use. If they had been available, I would have bought them. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

This hotel is located at the entrance of Sainokawara Park. The location is at the western end of Kusatsu Onsen, but it is not quiet because it is located at the entrance to the park. Although the hotel is located a bit far from the bus terminal, it does not provide a separate shuttle service. You have to climb a little hill. Rather than a traditional ryokan-style building, we provide ryokan-style services in a typical hotel-style building. The condition of the bedding was not very good. There were traces of blood and hair. The view is not bad since it is located right in front of Kusatsu Onsen 1913. Half-board meals are served on the second floor, where you can see the hotel directly in front and hear the sound of water flowing from Sainokawara Park. The meal was very satisfying. They serve Japanese dinner and breakfast, and the quality is excellent for the price. Rooms and facilities are not that good. This room is a bit more of a ryokan style hotel, so it has fashionable tatami mats and a table where you can enjoy tea, and the room only has a toilet. There is no private shower room or bathroom, so everything has to be done in the main bath on the first floor. Due to the small number of guests in the large public bath, there are only two small and narrow baths, and the sauna in the large public bath is not always in operation. The only facility other than the large public bath is the foot bath on the 3rd floor. Since there are only 12 rooms, the service is attentive. Our staff remembers each customer and provides service.
