We went to Ephesus during the day and booked this hotel for the evening. It is 23 mins drive from Ephesus. After checking out the hotel and surroundings, I wish we had booked here for longer.
The hotel is across the road from the sea. There are plenty of nice restaurants around. Highly recommend Bottarga restaurant, it is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel has a really nice roof top swimming pool !!! The view is amazing from the roof top. You can see multiple landmarks from Kuşadası at here.
The room is really clean and the staff is helpful. The hotel has its own parking lot, we just drive the car to the front of the building and the staff will park it into the parking lot.
There two things could be better though:
* Breakfast, the options are a bit limited.
* Balcony: the room we stayed in does not have a real balcony, but it has a small outdoor space to dry the clothes. However, the drying cord was missing. So we had to dry the swimsuit in the bathroom instead.
In the evening, we take a walk along the sea after diner, there was a live music festival. We love the lively feel here.

Checked in at dusk, and was shocked by the sunset over the sea outside the floor-to-ceiling balcony as soon as I entered the door. Very beautiful sea view. The hotel service is good and the facilities are complete. There are kettles, toothbrushes, etc. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most satisfactory hotel in the four-day trip to Türkiye.

The sea view room only has a small open window, but the surrounding environment is very good. It is very close to Pigeon Island and it takes 10 minutes to walk. Breakfast is average. There is no hot water bottle in the room, there is a hair dryer, the elevator is very small, and it feels like it will fall at any time. No big mirrors. Breakfast is on the top floor terrace, this is ok. I didn't take a photo of the hotel, because it is only a short time to stay here, so it doesn't matter. If you stay here, I don't recommend it.

The advantage of the hotel is that it is in a very good location, close to the harbor, and you can enjoy the sea view from the sea view rooms and outside the restaurant. Of course, the hardware facilities are relatively backward, the doors and locks need to be updated, and the shower room is also very small. It is still okay to make do with it for a night occasionally, and the price is the advantage.

We had a very nice host who took great care of us from the first minute with good tips for the area. The rooms were very clean. We really have to highlight this because we traveled all over Turkey and this was the first and only hotel that was this clean. the breakfast was fresh, tasty and filling! we will recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to the Aegean! Top!

Excellent hotel. Much better than expected. Clean, spacious room, amazing view and friendly staff. I ended up extending an extra night. Location is 5 min drive from most main attractions or 15-20 min to main bus stops.

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel. My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long. The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

The reception helped me check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel is clean, just like the description. It’s close to Kuşadası Center and about a 12-minute walk to the beach.

GGuest UserThe room was large with a large bathroom, modern design and furniture. The large balcony has a wonderful view of Kuşadası and the bay. Super clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator. TV has Turkish TV world news in English. The breakfast is unbelievable in quality and quantity, buffet style with homemade jams and proper local butter. This is a family run hotel with the most amazing friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I was staying in March so didn’t get to use the swimming pool.
There is free parking and it’s 5 minutes walk to the harbor and town.
Highly recommended.

RRachael WSuch a delight! We booked this accommodation last minute and I’m so happy we did. The accommodation itself is spotless. It’s in a great location in the old part of the city. As other people have said, there is a nightclub close by and you could hear the noise, but it was quite muffled and didn’t disturb our sleep. Our son slept right through it. The lady at reception was amazing. So generous and kind. 10/10 all round.

Of the downsides: tired rooms, noise isolation (shoot of a neighbor as if he was sleeping beside :)) ), the street noise all night because the windows are thin and do not close tightly. And the towel with red spots was very upset...

XXIAOXIAEvery time I travel abroad, breakfast is a reason that attracts me to get up early, not one of them. The breakfast at the hotel was not bad, and the little guy at the front desk was very handsome. Although there was some misunderstanding during the check-in, I communicated with the little brother at the front desk in English with their respective accents for a long time, but in the end it was solved perfectly. Downstairs of the hotel is the seaside and you can watch the sea while lying in the room. The room layout is good, and the pink bed is my favorite type.
