Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kusadasi

I got discriminated and harrassed in this facility. Tried to contact the managers but learned that they have a new management. Manager of the hotel also insulted me for trying to complain. They are very rude and misogonictic. I invite all women to protest this place!

Everything is amazing our best holiday experience with my friends everyday is sunny and lovely we love the foods and drinks there is too many and our room is so clean and comfortable we will definitely comeback to this hotel .......................................

Returned home from what we thought was an amazing good family holiday . Didn’t have any major complaints . Apart from the pools being absolutely freezing , far too cold to enjoy no matter how hot you got during the day . But unfortunately upon our arrival home my daughter was admitted to hospital with ECOLI 0157 which is the most dangerous kind as it can effect your kidneys . She was in hospital for 7 days then had to attend for a further 10 days for blood tests . It was a really terrifying experience for everyone , my cousins son and wife have also been admitted since they’re arrival home and they we all travelled as a family . As I had a 4 month old baby we didn’t venture out the hotel as it was easier just to stay on the grounds , which means it could only have come from here . Both kids have been extremely unwell as a result of this and still have not been given the all clear as will need to go back for routine bloods to check they’re kidney function for the next 18 months ! This hotel might look clean and you might think the food is nice but we have been advised by public health that this has come from either the pool water , the food or perhaps the amount of cats the have running about . Jet2 are taking a long time to reply to my emails so I feel like I need to let people know ; before travelling here at how much you are at risk . I can’t stress how dangerous this is and also didn’t realise until I was put in the situation of having to see my child so unwell in hospital after contracting this illness. All 3 fell ill about 3 days before returning home and progressively got worse as they arrived home . I dread to think what might have happened if this happened the first week of our holiday as the only reason my daughter should make a full recovery is because it was treated so quickly at home . As stated above ***** health are aware and will be sorting things from their end but I just felt it only right to let people know on here . Our holiday went from being brilliant to turning into hell. I’d hate to think of anyone else’s child being as unwell as mine was so please please BEWARE ! Not obviously something you can look out for either so it’s a worry !!
