Hotel Blue Sky

A very low quality hotel. We were mislead by pictures on the profile and the hotel is tired and dirty. The hotel is using outdated photographs and is using pictures of the Blue Sky Grand to sell its rooms. Totally unacceptable. We stayed one night, the room was dirty, wallpaper mouldy and peeling off the walls. To add to this the windows didn’t close properly, so the noises from outside kept us awake, as did a guest in a room nearby. Eventually we went to complain to reception, but there was no one there, so we had to knock the guests door ourselves at 3.15am!! Then the kitchen started clattering and banging at about 7am. No sleep was had. On getting up for our booked taxi, there was no hot water and eventually someone came to turn it on. It made it a very hectic morning. We wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
