I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Japan. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing excellent service throughout. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. Its location was convenient, close to public transport and popular attractions. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Breakfast offered a good variety. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

第一次入住這家酒店，鄰近車站、outlet，大約行5-10分鐘左右，多是平路
但便利店較少，最近的是生活超市，營業至2300，比較便利
登記入住的時候，前台告知是早上11時至下午3時，但早上9時半已經聽到吸塵聲
房間:房間比較狹小,僅僅能打開2個28吋行李箱
浴室通風良好,清潔很到位
隔音效果有待改善,走廊有人經過或說話及
同層清潔時,房內聽得好清楚
電視搖控比較多塵,搖控與電視的接收比較差
冷氣機位於床的上方,尚算寧靜
走廊樓底比較矮且比較暗
附近的活動:附近有不少的食肆、有生活超市,步行20分鐘左右有倉敷美觀地區
安全性:安全方面有點擔憂
浴場不用拍咭也能進去,進出男女浴場的門經常性被打開而沒有關上
步行友善程度:鄰近5分鐘有生活超市
步行5-8分鐘可抵達倉敷站,除左馬路,附近還有天橋連接,十分方便
10分鐘路程可到Ario Kurashiki & 三井outlet倉敷
餐飲地點:登記大堂樓層有餐飲位置,可加購早餐
有零食飲料提,每件¥200 登記前台位置附近有自助區,有生活用品和綠茶粉等提供
重要須知:大浴場不是溫泉,更衣室位置比較狹小,約只有10-12個,梳妝位置只有3 個,淋浴間只有4個,淋浴水壓有點不足, 水溫不太穩定,水池也比較淺,24小時開放
有一部按摩椅供使用
只有一部電梯,內裏空間不算大,等候時間比較長
房內只有“refill towel" & "please clean" 2 種指示牌選擇,要於早上11時之前貼於門外有自助洗衣和乾衣服務

The location is OK, but there are better options locally.
I left a pair of glasses at the hotel, but the hotel didn't contact me at all. It was only after we found out that they had them when we asked. They couldn't give me a reliable solution, so I had to go back and get them, and almost missed my flight.
In short, I don't recommend staying here
