The room itself is good and spacious, got my room facing a stunning sunset. While the housekeeping service is very prompt, but cleanliness needs some improvement. The gym (fitness centre) is awesome.
The swimming pool can get real busy especially after mid morning. Breakfast at Lobby area, was ok, although it's a spread, but it's typical hotel foods. Mainly serve Indonesian foods, with rice almost at every corner. Some day the rice is awfully dry, someday it's just so wet and clumpy
During peak hours can get really chaotic with short-staffed to clear the table, more often they will just clear the previous guest's dirty dishes without cleaning the table and place mat leaving the crumb behind, it's rather unpleasant for the next guest to take the seat.

Our hotel of choice in Kupang: from the receptionists to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff, the level of service is outstanding. The rooms are always perfectly clean and everything is in working order. Great value for money

The hotel still brand new and still in the soft opening period, that explained no 24 hours room service and short service time in some of the outlets but it’s was really good stayed, the staff was really helpful and informative specially the lady who help me during the check in time, really professional (sorry forgot to ask the name), the breakfast also really good with various option including some locals delicacies, definitely will be back again.

Located about 20 minutes drive from the airport, not much as of view to see from the hotel other than some land and rooftops (it is basically in the middle of the town).
Breakfast was with many varieties but nothing was really special.
Room was clean and comfortable bed. The hotel was newly built. When there was an event in the hotel you can hear the music noise quite late at night. Also other guests talking loudly right on the hallway so if you are light sleeper I have to warn you of those.
