Hotelli hyvällä paikalla Kuopiossa, ilmainen lämmitys p-paikka. Pääsi aamu uinille ja saunaan. Aamupala hyvä ja runsas.

Hotelli sijaitsee upealla paikalla ja maksuttomia autopaikkoja on runsaasti. Sähköauton latauspisteitä on vain muutama ja yksi niistä ei toisena päivänä suostunut toimimaan, vaikka sama laite toimi edellisenä päivänä. Huone oli siisti ja mukava, aamiainen perushyvä (ei oikeastaan mitään paikallista erikoisuutta, mutta puuro erinomaista) ja palvelu mutkattoman asiallista.

Aamusauna erittäin positiivinen asia, sekä myös uima-allas. Aamupalalla selvästi liian vähän henkilökuntaa töissä siistimässä pöytiä, sillä pöydät likaiset ja täynnä. Myös ruuat oli loppumassa koko ajan. Muuten aamupala oli oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen. Plussaa hyvästä gluteenirtomasta tarjonnasta

Ihan hyvä paikka. Toivomaani järvinäköalaa en valitettavasti saanut. Tyynyt alkaa olla jo tiensä päässä, ja useampi olisi ollut tarpeen. Sijauspatjan liikkuminen yöllä myös yllätti, vaikka yksin nukuinkin 😂
Aamiainen oli kymppi. Samoin illalla nauttimani rapuvoileipä valkoviinin kanssa.
Kuopion reissu oli kokonaisuudessaan hieno.

Huoneessa ei ollut pyyhkeitä ja yleisilme oli kulunut ja epäsiisti. Aamiaisella molempina aamuna lämpimät ruuat olivat kylmiä. Olimme Juhannuksena, niin varmaan osaava henkilökunta oli poissa. Harmi hotelli on hyvä ja hyvällä paikalla. Matkustan työkseni ja en valita vähästä.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean room and great views to the Kallavesi lake. Also, good breakfast and fresh, tasty lunch plus delicious snacks with the afternoon coffee. I can only recommend the accommodation. Conference premises on the other hand did not work quite as expected.

Good location, friendly service, quick check-in process, nice pool and sauna, ok breakfast (not anything exceptional though). Room cleaning service was not good. First day, the room was cleaned but one needed detective skills to say it: an empty box of tissues, for example, was not replaced (think if we had run out of toilet paper!), while the rest of the bathroom was barely touched. On the second day of our stay, we put the "please clean my room" tag on the door at 10:00am. The floor was being cleaned until almost 17:00 hours but our room was not cleaned at all. I think the hotel needs to talk to their cleaning staff because, if rooms aren't being serviced, one doesn't get anything additional compared to staying in an Airbnb.

Our room was extremely small for a double. We found broken glass on a table. There was dirt round the skirting boards. One chair had some kind of small debris on the edge of the seat (bread crumbs?). The TV had a list of ca 20 channels, only half of which worked. When calling the reception about these issues, the receptionist showed up quickly to clean the room, but did not apologize, and denied to give us another room (said hotel was full). One of two elevators was out of service during our 2 day stay. We asked to talk to management. The receptionist promised that management would call us back, but it never happened.
