Kaapista kyllä löytyi. Ei ollut tyynynpäälistä. Tyyny oli todella epäsiisti.

Ei ole ajateltu ympäristöasioita, ekologisuutta ym. Kylpyhuoneessa kertakäyttöiset muovimukit käytössä (MUOVI)!! Aamiaisravintolassa yksi roska-astia, johon tuli laittaa KAIKKI roskat niin biojätteet kuin muutkin roskat. Tälläinen ei ole tätä päivää!! Aamiainen tarjolla klo 7-10 ja me menimme klo 8 niin tarjolla olevat mehukannut tyhjiä, esimerkiksi puuron kanssa tarjottavat marjat - kulho tyhjä. Leikkeleitä tarjolla rajoitetusti. Muitakin yksittäisiä havaintoja teimme. Henkilökuntaa ravintolassa ei näkynyt. Lopulta löytyi varastohuoneesta ja pahoitteli, kun oli täysin unohtanut huolehtia aamiaistarjoilusta.
Seuraavana päivänä kotiin päästyäni huomasin, että minulta oli veloitettu kahteen kertaan huoneen hinta. Lupasivat tosin palauttaa toisen suorituksen, jota jäänkin odottamaan. Pomerian lemmikistä maksoin lemmikkimaksun, jonka jokainen hotelli perii ja se on ihan oikein. MUTTA tähän asti kaikissa hotelleissa lemmikkimaksuun on kuulunut vesikuppi ja pieni pyyhe lemmikin käyttöön ja joku pieni "namipussi" tervetuliaiseksi mutta hotelli Savoniassa mitään näitä ei kuulunut mutta maksun maksaminen kuului. Oppi ja ikä kaikki sanotaan ja ei koskaan enää hotelli Savoniaan Kuopiossa.

Aamupalasta ja magneettijuovista miinusta
Aamupalalla oli kaikki loppu joka päivä. Selvästikkään ei oltu huomioitu Kuopiorock viikonlopun tuomaa väenpaljoutta aamupalla henkilöstöresursseissa. Magneettijuovalla toimivat avainkortit ovat huono ratkaisu hotellissa, jossa on suppeat vastaanoton aukioloajat.
