My wife and I stayed at Kimberleyland Waterfront Holiday Park for three nights. We had a cabin with an uninterrupted view out to the water. The cabin was spacious with a terrific ensuite. There is a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is no washing machine in the cabin, but as it is in a caravan park there is a laundry with paid washing machines and dryers. The location is just off the highway, a short drive to Kununurra and central to holiday activities in the area. The cabin is surrounded by caravans and it is very quiet in the park. Kimberleyland Waterfront Holiday Park is a great place to stay in Kununurra and I am happy to give it a score of 5 out of 5.

John and I had a fabulous time, we booked in for a week and stayed 24 nights. Everyone was so very welcoming and friendly, from reception, Lu, Theresa and Tracy. We met some of the ground crew Amit, became like an adopted son! He would drop by almost every day, just to chat! And Garvin! He keeps the grounds looking fabulous and he is such a personable, friendly man, who loves his job and you can tell his work means a lot to him! Oh, then there’s the Mango smoothies at the Spilled Beans Cafe, that Garvin recommended to me, and I became addicted to them! I even bought one for Lu, as a belated birthday gift! We loved it here and would highly recommend KimberleyLand to everyone!

We recently stayed in an unpowered site at Kimberleyland and think we may have scored the best site in the park right on the lake. The grounds are immaculate, congratulations to the ground staff and the view over the lake amazing. We loved all of the bird life and the ever changing colours over the lake. Highly recommend staying at Kimberleyland.

An excellent caravan park to use as a base to explore the Kununurra area. Quiet, clean, and live music on the waterfront. Plus a ‘resident’ croc which we did not see on our stay. And one can drink the water. One is warned every evening to lock up and ensure your keys are stored safely. However, there were no incidents when we were there. The Discovery caravan park is aprox 1km further, a little more out of town and looks lovely as well. The town has a Coles and IGA so one can stock up on groceries.

Loved our stay, we had a powered site that overlooking the lake. It was great to wake up to the watch all the birds, wildlife enjoying the water and to then watch the sun set with a glass of wine. The amenities kept very clean and the gardens, common area well looked after. They have a pool, cafe and laundry areas for all guess to use. You can only enter the park with a PIN number, and we felt safe, with staff always available.

Fabulous brekkie at Spillthe Beans. Timely, tasty and great coffee. The toasties were perfect and service was brilliant. The setting is really nice as well. Cookie Monster cookies are home baked on site . It is set next to caravan park so really convenient
