This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

A very good stay experience. The hotel has a free parking lot (you need to report your license plate to the front desk after checking in). The 7th floor is the service desk and restaurant (where you have breakfast, the breakfast is quite delicious). The hotel is newly opened, the facilities are very new, and the decoration is very grand. The bedding is also very comfortable, the only drawback is that the sound insulation is a little poor. The service in the hotel is really good. I lost my cell phone due to negligence. It was windy and cold outside. The foreman at the front desk accompanied me in thin work clothes and searched for my cell phone for a long time, including the security personnel who held flashlights everywhere. Help me find my phone. Until I found out that it was an accident (the phone was always in the room), the staff patiently comforted me and accompanied me throughout the whole process, which made me feel at ease. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Kunshan in the future. It's really a good stay experience.

The hotel itself was nice and modern, but the room was a bit smelly, someone smoked there before. Also for this kind of hotel I would expect English speaking personnel at the reception desk. But all in all fine.

There were so many people during the holidays. The elevators were full during breakfast and dinner. The quality of the guests was average, and there were always people smoking in the corridors. The staff were very good and answered all the questions. The restaurant was overcrowded and the experience was not good. The hotel is conveniently located, parking is free, and there are plenty of parking spaces in the garage.

The hotel facilities are complete, neat and clean. The room I booked this time also has a terrace, which makes people comfortable! The hotel is convenient for travel because there is a bus stop at the door, and it is very close to Zhouzhuang attractions. There are convenient and abundant restaurants around. It is worth staying! And the service is in place.

I chose this hotel after reading reviews saying the boss was nice. It was raining heavily at night, and the boss's wife personally went outside the scenic area to pick me up and helped me pull the suitcase. The room was clean, and the mattress and pillow were latex, which was great for my cervical spine. The room supplies were all branded, and the toothbrush was better than the one I used in Pingjiangfu. I will continue to stay here if I go to Zhouzhuang next time😄

The environment and sanitation are very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The service is very enthusiastic and the experience is very good. Very satisfied, the store service is very good, the boss lady is very kind, the location is very good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, very clean. I stayed in a balcony room on the second floor, with a small bridge, flowing water and willow trees downstairs. I was very satisfied with this trip to Zhouzhuang. Zhouzhuang is beautiful and the people are beautiful!

Location is far from the main gate of Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. Service is okay, but our room not cleaned on the 2nd day. Decoration of the room is nice. Water in the showerroom sometimes too hot and suddenly can be too cold, I don't know why. My room in the 2nd floor (no lift access), so maybe the price is cheaper than the 1st floor room.
