Spacious room & comfortable bed with different type of pillows to suit you( soft & hard). Room cleanliness slightly lacking as there were stain marks on the wash basin tiles. Front desk service was speedy & staff are friendly. Location within walking distance to Kunshanan railway. Have to be sure your room not facing the railway station. The front desk was kind to allocate my request if the room not facing the railway station. Thank you. Breakfast was good especially the wanton soup. Overall the hotel is clean & comfortable hotel away from the city center but convenient to travel around Suzhou.

The lady at the front desk was very gentle. Because there were so many people, she was very nice. If it weren't for the road repairs at the door, I would definitely not be able to stay at the current price. My family was very happy staying here

The hotel has thoughtful service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a wide variety of breakfasts, especially the Aozao noodles. Although there were many people during the May Day holiday, the service was still very good. The waiter removed the plates very promptly. The transportation was also very convenient. There is a subway station not far downstairs. Overall, the experience of this stay was very good. I will continue to stay here next time.

This was our second trip in 3 months. The staff at the reception when signing us in and clarifying our passports were quiet rude this time. They were confused and kept insisting our passports were expired. They kept saying silly things in Chinese assuming we didn't understand. I am living in china for 6 Years and last time I have been home was Feb 2023. They kept reading this date and saying it was wrong even though it clearly shows I entered china again after a holiday on the date. Despite this we still enjoyed the stay. I must applaud the staff at breakfast. They were friendly at all times and spoke English quite well. Always smiling unlike those ladies at the reception. We wanted to book in again in two weeks but may re think this.

After a year, I came to Kunshan to eat hairy crabs again and stayed in this restaurant again. I still give it a good review! Because I bought hairy crabs and couldn't steam them in the room, the hotel staff helped me steam them and prepared shredded ginger, soy sauce and vinegar for us, saying that they are more delicious when eaten together! In the evening, the restaurant provides free buns and porridge. I saw that it was written: Late-night porridge arrives, and you can get this gift package if you book through Ctrip! Next year when I come to Kunshan, I will stay in this restaurant again!

The front desk lady provided great service, the room was clean and comfortable, I will stay here every time I come to Kunshan, especially I want to praise the front desk lady, the service is great.

Just returned from 10 days in Kunshan staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel. Appreciated the clean and comfortable facilities sprinkled with art, flowers and artifacts, great food at the inhouse restaurants and walking distance to recreation and entertainment. The staff however are their secret weapon!!! Everyone (whether room attendant, server or front office staff) were always smiling, willing to assist and answer questions or give directions, even with the language barrier! I want to say a special thank you to Tom, Elena and Bruce who made my stay extra special and memorable!!

We made a reservation very late at night. There was only one guy at the time. Check-in was pretty fast. The hotel signs were clear and the room was easy to find. The room was clean and tidy. There were free mineral water and tea bags, as well as sleeping patches and butterfly cookies, which were great. The TV had a wide variety of free and good programs. I didn't get up in the morning for breakfast, so I ignored it, but check-out was also very convenient and fast. The two girls had very sweet smiles.

Great experience! I took my parents to visit Tinglin Garden and stayed at a Kunshan hotel for the first time. The transportation is convenient, not far from the subway station and Kunshan Station. The surrounding area is very lively, and eating is very convenient. It takes half an hour to walk to Tinglin Garden, or take 3 stops by bus. The hotel service is very good, especially Xiao Chen and Xiao Yao at the front desk. Because we booked an annex building before, we upgraded to the main building for free. The room is clean and the facilities are very user-friendly. The hotel breakfast is also good. After all, it is an old four-star hotel. Highly recommended^-^

The computer is well equipped, the network speed is fast, the front desk feedback is very fast, the room is clean, the bathroom has no smell, the price is very high, I will stay here next time.
