They specially set up the ”** Room” to satisfy the current residents' hobby of poker and gambling in their spare time. This is more in line with the times. Advance together. The hotel's service is timely, accurate, and thinks of what you need. This is why I highly recommend it. I left my PAD in the restaurant while eating. After contacting me, I was told that it could be sent back to my room. When I returned to the room at night, I not only received the lost and found notebook. I was also given a little surprise: the room attendant polished my muddy leather shoes until they were shiny. Breakfast is also relatively rich, and the fresh meat is more delicious.

As a frequent business traveler to Kunshan, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan shattered all my expectations. From booking to check-out, the service was incredibly attentive, absolutely deserving of a five-star rating! The hotel's location is simply perfect! It's just a 12-minute walk to Xiadonghe Park Station on Metro Line 11, and only a 30-minute drive from Shanghai Hongqiao for those coming by car – super convenient for business trips. The surrounding area is a treasure trove too – it's just a few minutes' drive to explore cultural and creative goods at Baodao Youyicun or to pray at Huiju Temple. In the evening, a stroll to Xiadonghe Wetland Park, with a gentle breeze and lake views, makes any fatigue instantly disappear.

You won't go wrong choosing the Jinling brand in Jiangsu. The facilities and services are of five-star standard. Ms. Chen from the housekeeping department thoughtfully sent homemade yogurt. A male staff member from the catering department was also easy to communicate with. The hotel was also very tolerant of children's meals. It is worth staying. The Japanese food and teppanyaki grill for dinner are recommended, but the vegetables in the small hot pot and the stir-fried dishes for Chinese food need to be improved in quality.

My partner and I drove an hour from Shanghai to Kunshan for a weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, a high-end, star-rated hotel that's been open for a year. It's located at 333 Qianjin East Road, and Xiajiahe Park Station on Metro Line 11 is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself is upscale and well-equipped. The surrounding area offers parks perfect for a stroll and relaxation, plus nearby amenities like Seamall Plaza and RT-Mart supermarket. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful, with two levels in the underground garage and additional spaces available above ground. Most of the staff were energetic young people, and their service was excellent – very warm and attentive. On the evening of our check-in, we even saw two coach buses full of Jiangsu Super League fans dining in the hotel's Western restaurant, which made for a lively atmosphere. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor was a bit pricey, as expected for a high-end hotel, but I really enjoyed the food. After we ordered, the staff kindly pointed out that we'd ordered too much for just two people and explained the portion sizes. I ended up cutting two dishes from our order, and what we received was just the right amount. The breakfast buffet was also very rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, including the local specialty, Kunshan Azao noodles. A steaming bowl of those was both heartwarming and stomach-warming. Overall, I think this was a very good stay.

For a price of 250, it deserves a 5-star rating. Firstly, the staff are very friendly, especially the young man at the restaurant entrance who escorts guests to the elevator. The room has a minimalist style, simple yet well-equipped, with complimentary Coke and Sprite in the mini-fridge. The linens are new, and the air conditioning works well. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but the quality is acceptable. The bread includes bagels and pretzel, and the noodle station offers beef noodles; apparently, the broth is homemade. There is no laundry room or underground parking.

The newly opened Four Points by Sheraton in Kunshan has excellent front desk service, answering all your questions. Breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. There's also a beer bar. It's conveniently located right next to the subway station. The stay was excellent. Highly recommended.

Every time I go on a business trip, I will book the Green Junlan Hotel next to the World Trade Plaza. Every time I stay there, I feel at home. The service is even better. The facilities are complete, the sanitation is very clean, the environment is also super good, the automatic sensor curtains, and the room overlooks the entire Kunshan.
