Just returned from 10 days in Kunshan staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel. Appreciated the clean and comfortable facilities sprinkled with art, flowers and artifacts, great food at the inhouse restaurants and walking distance to recreation and entertainment. The staff however are their secret weapon!!! Everyone (whether room attendant, server or front office staff) were always smiling, willing to assist and answer questions or give directions, even with the language barrier! I want to say a special thank you to Tom, Elena and Bruce who made my stay extra special and memorable!!

I really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example.
Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties.
Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget.
So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice.

I arrived late at night and, hoping to get some extra sleep, asked the staff to arrange a quiet room. The front desk assistant, Ms. Qi, was very responsive and the room was well-appointed. I slept very comfortably. [Strong] The entire check-in process was incredibly pleasant and reassuring. The room layout was exactly what I loved—it was new, simple, and stylish. I was completely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it! I didn't expect it would be so good even though I booked it casually. I loved the hands-free Xiaodu smartphone in the room. The TV was also quite large. The bed was also comfortable! The breakfast was also plentiful. This is a perfect hotel! Highly recommended! [Strong] [Strong] [Strong]

The room is clean, there is no smell, the elevator is fast and convenient to manage very well, no need to wait for a long time. I like the style of the hotel the most. Toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer are orange flavors, and the price is high. Ctrip booked to enjoy upgrades, late check-out and other services. You can also do laundry and exercise.

I purchased a pre-sale package that included tickets to Tinglin Garden, along with breakfast and dinner. The front desk service was excellent; they meticulously explained the different room types and provided the same great service, even for a pre-sale booking. They did their best to accommodate requests like a high-floor room and late check-out. Hearing that my child had a class, Tu Xinmin from the catering department thoughtfully brought yogurt and fruit for them. We're very grateful for this kind gesture. All the ladies at the front desk provided impeccable service. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but they offered delicious wontons, and the lady preparing them was very warm and friendly. The dinner included in the package featured items like salmon, conch, and even a mini hotpot – more than enough to fill us up! The staff were also very prompt in clearing tables. However, the hotel clearly shows its age. You definitely won't find smart home features in the rooms, though they do come equipped with a refrigerator, a small safe, and a bathtub. Parking was also convenient. Overall, if you're not picky about modern amenities, it offers excellent value for money.

Great experience with attentive service and spectacular view. Staff are friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful park and a famous local restaurant on Level 2 and 3. Only imperfection is the smell of the sewage in the toilet, hope the hotel can look for ways to improve (e.g air refreshers etc.)

This is undoubtedly the top hotel in Kunshan, located right in the heart of the business district. It's an imposing high-rise with a luxurious interior. The staff service was exceptional, meeting all my check-in requests and benefits. While I initially intended to give a perfect score, I've decided to offer some honest and valuable insights for future guests.
On the positive side, all the staff were very dedicated. I'm not one to demand over-the-top smiles, greetings, or luggage service often hyped online; I'm perfectly capable and appreciate genuine service. The front desk staff were warm and answered all my questions, and I was satisfied with their adherence to basic service standards. The concierge staff were very approachable, and a particularly responsible and attentive male front desk staff member on the night shift really went out of his way to help me resolve an air conditioning problem. I'm genuinely grateful to him.
However, there were frustrations post-check-in. If you're driving, be warned: parking is a nightmare. By 8:30 AM, many spots are already taken because this popular integrated entertainment and shopping complex draws countless local families. The narrow aisles often lead to cars meeting head-on, requiring considerable driving skill. Sometimes, a car attempting to park can block an entire row, leading to impatient waits. Given that the hotel shares its underground garage with the Golden Eagle commercial complex, parking is extremely challenging. As for surface parking, it's virtually non-existent for guests, so underground is your only real option.
I also checked with a staff member who confirmed that from Friday evening to Sunday evening, parking spaces are essentially a scramble. Hotel staff acknowledged their helplessness, stating it's beyond their control. Therefore, driving guests should seriously consider this. Another crucial point: if you plan to leave, remember to register your license plate at the front desk. You won't need to re-register if you return within two hours, but you will if you exceed that. Here's the most vital piece of information: the express elevator to the 29th-floor lobby is located in **Parking Zone D**. I repeat: Zone D, Zone D, Zone D! Parking near Zone D is extremely convenient, yet it's incredibly difficult to find. Upon entering the underground garage, Zones A, B, and C are immediately visible, but Zone D is hidden away in a dimly lit, winding section – you'd be lucky to discover it. The hotel, if truly guest-centric, should install clear, separate fluorescent signs to guide guests directly there. Currently, the underground parking only vaguely points to 'Hotel' with an arrow, with such signs haphazardly placed in Zones A, B, and C. Unless you've visited ten times, finding your way for the first time is a complete blind guess.
My second point concerns the air conditioning. I spoke with an engineering staff member who explained that the room's AC is centrally controlled, meaning the temperature cannot be freely adjusted. As people have varying temperature tolerances, those sensitive to heat might find this an issue. That evening, I made two requests to the front desk to lower the AC by two degrees. They were very responsive, and I wasn't the only one with this concern; I overheard similar feedback from other guests. To be fair, I was somewhat prepared for this, as Ctrip reviews already highlighted 16 negative comments about the AC, indicating a well-known, concentrated problem.
To elaborate, in my room, the AC consistently displayed 25°C. Although the control panel allowed setting it as low as 16°C, the actual temperature never came close. Aside from controlling fan speed, the lowest temperature we (and other guests) managed to achieve, after persistent requests, was 23°C – this required manual adjustment by an engineer at the central control. This implies that normally, the room would hover around 25°C, making it quite stuffy and uncomfortably warm for me. While some might prefer this, those sensitive to heat should seriously reconsider. To reiterate, after communicating with the front desk from 8 PM, the temperature only dropped to 23°C by 3 AM, then reverted to 25°C by 8 AM the following morning. I acknowledge the hotel's need for cost control and strategic planning, but I strongly disapprove of saving expenses by restricting guests' ability to adjust AC temperatures, relying solely on backend central control. Furthermore, with sealed windows, I find this rather inhumane, especially during the height of summer, don't you agree?
Everything else was truly excellent. The shower had great water pressure, and having two vanity sinks was convenient for two people to use simultaneously for brushing teeth, washing faces, or even hand-washing clothes. There was also an extra duvet, and the sofa was comfortably soft, big enough for one person to lie down on. The interactive on-demand TV offered a vast selection of blockbuster movies; I thoroughly enjoyed watching two Avengers films. My only minor gripe was the TV size – it felt a bit small. In this day and age, anything under 55 inches in a 5-star hotel just feels a little... modest, haha.
Additionally, some room types include complimentary use of a Mini 8 and late check-out, though these perks are dependent on one's Ctrip membership tier and aren't universally available – still, I appreciate them. I didn't partake in the hotel breakfast as I slept in. If I have the opportunity to book a room in Kunshan again, I'd consider adding breakfast, *provided* I'm not roasted alive by the AC, haha. That concludes my review. I hope these insights are helpful for future guests. My perfect score goes to the night shift front desk staff – thank you for preventing me from waking up in a sweat. I'm truly grateful.

The hotel has just opened, the service attitude is good, and the front desk will answer any questions immediately. The location is OK, relatively quiet, there is a big park nearby to visit, and the takeaway robot will deliver the food to the room. The facilities are complete, the laundry room is good, the breakfast is OK, I will consider coming next time.

The lady at the front desk was very gentle. Because there were so many people, she was very nice. If it weren't for the road repairs at the door, I would definitely not be able to stay at the current price. My family was very happy staying here

The new hotel is good, all facilities are very good, the service staff is also very kind, originally saw the evaluation said that it is very close to Vientiane Hui, went to know that it is about 2 kilometers away from the hotel, taxi or don't mind walking, this needs to be objectively said, In addition, the hotel went out for about 5 minutes to eat a lot, the front desk staff enthusiastically showed me the way. The room is big enough and clean. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the food quality is very good, the food is comfortable, there is also Oozan noodles, optional toppings, there are hidden surprises under the noodles, really good

GGuest UserHere, someone will help you cook a special bowl of noodle soup in the morning, and you can go out of the restaurant to see the sky in Kunshan when you are happy.
Vegetables are fresh and fruit is sweet. There is afternoon tea and porridge for fear that you will be hungry.
The staff on duty were very enthusiastic. When I came down to wash my clothes near midnight, I wanted to come by myself. Because of the lack of laundry detergent, the staff immediately assisted. I didn't want to trouble her. She also helped me to sleep at ease. I got up early in the morning and got the fragrant clothes.
Robots deliver things with special precision.
It is really like home, let tired travelers return home.
Highly recommended.

NNayangdelanThe room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the front desk lady was particularly good. The hotel's breakfast is very good, snacks and fruits are available, especially the aunt who serves the restaurant is very polite. In addition, there is a self-service laundry room and gym on the 26th floor, and of course, it also provides a service for breakfast packaged the next day. Later, I was fortunate to know that there was a story ”Lu Yu Road early”. Remember, you have to make an appointment with the front desk in advance.
The room was also very large, the floor aunt was very polite, and she put a few more bottles of water when cleaning. The room is quiet and the facilities are quite distinctive, I like it very much. The store manager is also a super handsome guy~😍

AAnonymous UserIt’s worth living here in Kunshan. There are noodle restaurants, restaurants, parent-child paradises downstairs. There are refrigerators and insurance locks in the rooms. The most praiseworthy thing is that the shower does not even have water stains. It is clean and the overall atmosphere is very good. After checking out, I forgot to take the things in the room. I answered the phone in time and got it for me. The front desk service was very good. 👍

AAnonymous UserHotel hygiene is poor. There is dirt on the mattress and you can see it through thin sheets. There is also dirt on the carpet and it has not been cleaned for a long time. The toilet was not photographed and the toilet seat was not clean. The dressing box is very old. The whole house is not breathable and can feel the humidity is very heavy.

GGuaiguaiyuEnvironment: Safety awareness is possible to need a room card to enter the hotel's internal takeaway and have to wait at the door
Facilities: The projection screen is also very clear, there will be no white spots, Tencent, iQiyi, Youku have it, it is a gospel for chasing drama crazy demons.
Hygienic: There is no smell. After entering the room, you will not feel stuffy. The ventilation is also good.
Very suitable for friends to eat while chasing drama
