A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

I have to give a thumbs up to Xiaosheng at the front desk for his meticulousness! He not only checked me in efficiently, but also remembered my room preferences. The smart guest control system upgraded the accommodation experience. The breakfast options were rich and varied, ranging from Western bakery to Chinese dim sum, and the freshly squeezed juice was particularly fresh. The self-service laundry room offers a variety of washing modes and high drying efficiency. The gym is open 24 hours a day and the equipment is very well maintained. Xiaosheng also took the initiative to help me delay the check-out time, which made people feel warm.

Just returned from 10 days in Kunshan staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel. Appreciated the clean and comfortable facilities sprinkled with art, flowers and artifacts, great food at the inhouse restaurants and walking distance to recreation and entertainment. The staff however are their secret weapon!!! Everyone (whether room attendant, server or front office staff) were always smiling, willing to assist and answer questions or give directions, even with the language barrier! I want to say a special thank you to Tom, Elena and Bruce who made my stay extra special and memorable!!

This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel.

This time we took the old father out for a walk, changed the environment, the purpose of staying in the hotel is to hope that food and accommodation are carried out in the hotel, the elderly family is old and not suitable for going out. The most unacceptable is precisely here! Going out for ten days, I have been to five or six cities. Every hotel that provides morning and evening is self-service. The difference is nothing more than the type of food, but the breakfast at this hotel is very disappointing. It is the choice of pasta served, and you can choose one! Which buffet is this? ! I chose two rooms, the price difference is 100 yuan, this hundred yuan is reflected in the breakfast, the result of the overpaid 100 yuan is to provide two bowls of noodle soup! By the way, the store that provides noodle soup is open to the outside world, and the door is opened later. Service to the in-house guests, play this set, chill!
