Hotels in Huaqiao Industrial Zone, Kunshan

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my overall experience. The space and environment of the hotel make people feel comfortable, and you feel like you are back home as soon as you enter the room. Although the location is a little far away, it is very quiet and allows me to relax well from my busy life. The hotel staff is also very considerate. Thank you to the room attendant (Shiso) for providing many small surprises, which made me feel their care for the guests. I would especially like to thank them for allowing me to check out late when I was not feeling well, so that I could have a good rest. I am very satisfied with this stay experience and I highly recommend it to everyone! I will also share it in my Taiwan travel community 🎈

I had a great stay. I was upgraded to a massive suite, which was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was busy, but there were helpful signs with advice about the best time to go during the holiday. I did struggle to sleep the first night, as fireworks went off until gone 1.30am but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Worth keeping in mind though if you’re looking to stay there during CNY. Location is otherwise nice, with a lake opposite the hotel which is nice to walk around.

酒店設施很新，衞生很好，衞生間乾濕分離的設計很人性化，洗澡、上廁所、洗臉互不影響，非常方便。淋浴房花灑水量很大，水很熱；淋浴房除了洗髮水和沐浴露還有護髮素，大大方便了長頭髮的女孩子；洗臉枱盆上除了洗手液還有潤膚乳。酒店早餐也可以，雖説春節期間（2024.2.10~2024.2.17）衹提供雞蛋、牛奶、麪包、麪條、餛飩等簡單的食物，但對於我們來説能吃飽。前台男生服務員很禮貌很紳士，服務意識很好，不僅升級房型（從5樓的小房間升級到7樓的大房間），還提供我們崑山一些好吃好玩的訊息。早餐廳煮麪條的師傅提供了很優質的服務，除了主動問我們要吃麪條還是餛飩，還問我們荷包蛋要不要，窩窩頭要不要，這是五星賓館也未必能做到的服務，我吃了麪條，感覺比樾河北路上*豐麪館的奧灶麪味道更好。走廊裏遇到做衞生的服務員，會主動微笑。從前台到餐廳到客房，所有的工作人員都提供了熱情細緻温馨的服務，讓客人感受到了家的温暖，很暖心，有機會來崑山還會繼續入住。

The hotel is located in Huaqiao New District, very close to Suzhou Metro Line 11, just a few minutes walk to the subway. Next to the hotel are real estate, the flow of people is very large. The room is big enough, all dry and wet are separated, and the hygiene is quite clean. It may be that there are too many people to eat. The supply is in short supply. Just a dish, it is gone at once. Even the bowl is too late to supply. I didn’t eat the simple meal at night. There were white fungus and porridge for supper.

The location is easy to find, there are many delicious foods downstairs, the service attitude is very good, the hygiene and environment are good, the breakfast is also very delicious, it is a very good stay experience, I will come again next time.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and fresh smelling when entering. Everything was clean and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Due to the efficient and cleaniness I always come back here when on business.

房間很大，很乾凈整潔，全季該有的都有，大年三十的凌晨收留了我們，這裏要吐槽一下崑山的知名網紅樓裏的民宿，因為朋友家就在網紅樓遊站未來城的對面，為了方便訂了遊站民宿，晚上回到民宿準備洗澡，沒有淋浴房沒有浴簾乾濕不分離，電熱水器的水忽冷忽熱，空調不給力，洗澡洗的快要凍僵，洗了三分之一整個衞生間淋浴間就已經水漫金山，兩個人洗完估計房間都會被淹了，這時候要求退房，大年三十的凌晨三點，還好這家全季有房間，給了快凍僵的我們一個温暖的地方，第二天一早全季的大廳裏還準備了春聯可以自己寫好，店員暖心的幫忙包裝帶回家 當晚取消了遊站未來城的民宿，沒有機會點評這家破爛不堪民宿，很不好意思在全季這裏佔用空間點評，只是為了真實的反映，別讓更多的人被遊站民宿的照片欺騙，照片跟現實差距巨大，實景實物簡直沒法看，千萬不要上當受騙，最終民宿老闆還不願全額退款，沒有擔當就是欺騙人 下次還是選擇全季放心，安全，有擔當

Facilities: The bedding and furniture are relatively new. The bathroom faucet has been renovated. However, the bathtub only has cold water and no hot water. The bathtub is also a bit narrow. The TV can be projected. Good reviews. Hygiene: It is quite clean. Environment: The view from the high floor is quite open. There is no noise near the subway station. Service: Takeaways are delivered to the door by robots. It is quite cute. It is a pity that the check-out cannot be delayed until 2 o'clock.

For Vienna, the room facilities are much better than other hotels, clean and tidy, the carpet is very clean, but some suggestions: 1. Dust removal needs to be improved 2. There should be a lot of dust on the air conditioner filter that can be seen with the naked eye 3. The quilt core and quilt cover do not match, there is a large gap, it feels like a 1.2 quilt core cover and a 1.35 quilt cover, but fortunately the mattress is very soft and comfortable. 4. Service needs to be improved

Check-in is quick and efficient. The rooms are warmly furnished, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there is no problem with hygiene. Every corner is clean and tidy. The location is very good, eating and shopping around are very convenient, and taxis can be taken quickly. In short, it is a super satisfying accommodation experience, I will choose this one next time!
