Newly renovated, the room is very clean, the front desk service is very good and enthusiastic, breakfast can be delivered to the room in the morning. I like the smell of the toiletries in the bathroom. There is a good Aozao noodle restaurant across the street, and there is a street full of food a little further away. I will come again next time

Again, it's a cute little hotel, exactly likey last review said. No changes in that regard. However, this time we were given a room with a hallway view (an outside window looking into the wall of the building about a meter away from the hotel's). I went to complain to the reception, but the receptionist had difficulty understanding what my complaint was (as the room did have a window). After asking for a room with an actual window out into the street, she said that that room needs an upgrade (despite our previous room from 3 days ago not needing it). And after a few back and forth she decided ”to give me the upgrade for free”. The new room was exactly the same as the previous one, except that the window opened into the street, so I'm having difficulty understanding why this was a 10min process... The room was modern yet again, very clean, the cleaning staff was beyond polite, however, I must note that this room had a vending machine for sex-related items, which may not be the most ideal thing if you're coming for a family stay (so maybe ask beforehand at the reception if there's that in your room). The breakfast has a large selection, and is good (the only note is that the drink choices should be better and not so artificial).

Very nice spacious room, friendly staff, good neighborhood. Don't chose room that overlooks inner yard unless you want to wake up with sound of kids songs. When I came to my room I was greeted with empty water bottle on the floor at the door, as well spotted bits of trash here and there... Breakfast is good but don't expect anything western except of toasts and coffee. Other than that I liked my stay, nice and quiet (most of time). Also there is swimming pool in sports center 5 min away from hotel :) and cafes

The front desk + guest room are really a store that is doing the hotel with heart. I called in advance to check in on the first day because I had to leave early to Wuxi, so I contacted if I could check in early. The front desk said no problem, they would check in for you first when you arrived. When I arrived at the hotel, I also upgraded the room type for free. The front desk will also arrange the floor and direction for you according to your preferences. The room type is also very large and the hygiene is also ok. I stayed there for a longer stay the next day and came back late. After getting the room card, the front desk also sent two breakfasts thoughtfully. Because we were going to Suzhou, the room lady might have seen that we had water. After taking it away, they thoughtfully gave me an extra bottle of water in the room (all drinks in the hotel refrigerator are free to drink). It was really heartwarming to see it when I came back tired from playing. For breakfast, there were sweet and salty tofu pudding, which really took care of the tastes of both the north and the south. There were also special Aozao noodles and Suzhou soup noodles, green rice balls, anyway, everything was prepared. I forgot to take pictures of the room. The room was large, beautiful and very satisfied. But it is fair to say that the facilities are indeed more traces of years, but overall it is still a very satisfactory accommodation experience.
