You won't go wrong choosing the Jinling brand in Jiangsu. The facilities and services are of five-star standard. Ms. Chen from the housekeeping department thoughtfully sent homemade yogurt. A male staff member from the catering department was also easy to communicate with. The hotel was also very tolerant of children's meals. It is worth staying. The Japanese food and teppanyaki grill for dinner are recommended, but the vegetables in the small hot pot and the stir-fried dishes for Chinese food need to be improved in quality.

The lady at the front desk was very gentle. Because there were so many people, she was very nice. If it weren't for the road repairs at the door, I would definitely not be able to stay at the current price. My family was very happy staying here

Spacious room & comfortable bed with different type of pillows to suit you( soft & hard). Room cleanliness slightly lacking as there were stain marks on the wash basin tiles. Front desk service was speedy & staff are friendly. Location within walking distance to Kunshanan railway. Have to be sure your room not facing the railway station. The front desk was kind to allocate my request if the room not facing the railway station. Thank you. Breakfast was good especially the wanton soup. Overall the hotel is clean & comfortable hotel away from the city center but convenient to travel around Suzhou.

The facilities are complete, the room is tidy, and the service is very enthusiastic. Since I had to go out for something right after checking in, I troubled the staff to help me wash my clothes. Although it is not within the scope of their job, the staff still agreed to help. I was very touched

The location is good, close to the high-speed rail station and convenient for travel! Maybe I'm a lazy person, because I'm used to it, I don't bother to look at other hotels! I stay here for one to two weeks every time I go on a business trip, and the overall value for money is quite high.

This was our second trip in 3 months. The staff at the reception when signing us in and clarifying our passports were quiet rude this time. They were confused and kept insisting our passports were expired. They kept saying silly things in Chinese assuming we didn't understand. I am living in china for 6 Years and last time I have been home was Feb 2023. They kept reading this date and saying it was wrong even though it clearly shows I entered china again after a holiday on the date. Despite this we still enjoyed the stay. I must applaud the staff at breakfast. They were friendly at all times and spoke English quite well. Always smiling unlike those ladies at the reception. We wanted to book in again in two weeks but may re think this.

The hotel has thoughtful service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a wide variety of breakfasts, especially the Aozao noodles. Although there were many people during the May Day holiday, the service was still very good. The waiter removed the plates very promptly. The transportation was also very convenient. After a year, I came to Kunshan to eat hairy crabs again and stayed in this restaurant again. I still give it a good review! Because I bought hairy crabs and couldn't steam them in the room, the hotel staff helped me steam them and prepared shredded ginger, soy sauce and vinegar for us, saying that they are more delicious when eaten together!
