My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room layout is reasonable, the lighting is excellent, the facilities are complete, and the living experience is very comfortable. The hotel's garden is like a small Jiangnan garden. Strolling through it, you will see a beautiful view at every step. The service team is enthusiastic and professional. From the moment you enter the door, you will feel the warmth of home. Here, you can enjoy a quiet time alone and explore the beautiful scenery of Zhouzhuang conveniently. I sincerely recommend it to every traveler who comes to Zhouzhuang.

Kunshan Lamborghini Hotel is very suitable for staying with children. Service: Ctrip ordered a package, Xiao Guo of the hotel communicated and arranged in advance, upgraded the parent-child room, provided help throughout the process, and the service was great! Environment: The decoration of the parent-child room is very popular with children. There are small tents and small basketball hoops. Children's toiletries and small bathtubs are available, which is very considerate. The hotel swimming pool is very large, there is a small children's playground on the second floor, some entertainment settings, and a rich buffet breakfast. There is a night Kunshan market downstairs of the hotel, which is suitable for shopping at night. Staying for one night gives me a good overall impression of the hotel.

Love this Hotel. Discovered it during Covid, when we were not allowed to leave Suzhou! Hospitality is top. The kids love the outside pool, the main reson we stay at Fairmont every year during the Summer Holidays for a few days. The indoor Playground is for me too small, too hot, but, for FREE and my kids age 6-10 can enjoy themselves nevertheless, for hours there! There is a small farm, archery, Go-cart, but we went only once, a bit expensive, the outside pool is enough for them! 喜欢这家酒店。 客户服务非常客气。 孩子们喜欢外面的游泳池，这是我们每年暑假都会住Fairmont几天的主要原因。 室内游乐场对我来说太小，太热，但是，免费的，我6-10岁的孩子们还是在那可以玩几个小时！ 有一个小农场，射箭，卡丁车，但我们只去了一次，有点贵，外面的游泳池就足够了！

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

I checked into Room 3, which is in the middle. I arrived late, around 10pm. I was received by the security guard. I went in directly after I got my card, without registration. However, it's not an ideal choice when it's cold, because there are flying bugs outside the balcony on the lake. The bathtub on the balcony is covered with a tarp, and there are many flying bugs on it. It's said to be usable, but there are too many bugs, and the balcony outside is almost unusable. It feels desolate. It's tidy inside. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the use. It's very quiet at night, which is good for light sleepers. The overall environment is good. The breakfast is really bad (as shown in the picture). The service staff served the one in the picture. There was no choice. I had a bowl of porridge. Yachts are definitely indispensable when you come here. You can rent a small yacht for 15 minutes for 350 yuan. There is also a BBQ. There are tables arranged on the outdoor lawn, and there are also camping tents set up. I asked about the price and it was 120 or more than 200 per person. The overall experience is okay. It's more suitable for coming when it's hot. Except for the breakfast they sent me away, everything else is okay. The service is average, and it can't keep up with the service of the room price. The check-out time for late arrivals is also 12 o'clock.

This time I experienced Kunshan New Harbor Hotel. The hotel's service is quite good and responsive, especially the customer service Yuan Dongge. The work is serious and responsible, warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. Parking is very convenient. Especially good dinner and breakfast, rich and delicious, a wide variety, a dazzling, completely satisfying our taste buds, the restaurant waiter is also warm and friendly, leaving us with unforgettable memories. The tickets for the gift of Tinglin Garden are also very in place. It is really a good time to eat, drink and play. We are too satisfied and have the opportunity to come again.

The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. I have added the WeChat service group before checking in to inform the parking route map. The parking lot is very close to the hotel. During the stay, every employee greeted me with a smile. There were welcome fruits and cakes in the room, as well as snacks and drinks. There was also a self-service afternoon tea in the afternoon. The room was clean and tidy. When I checked in, the housekeeper helped me carry the suitcase and introduced the hotel's facilities, which was very friendly. The Tremella soup in the evening was also delicious. It is worth staying again.

Location is far from the main gate of Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. Service is okay, but our room not cleaned on the 2nd day. Decoration of the room is nice. Water in the showerroom sometimes too hot and suddenly can be too cold, I don't know why. My room in the 2nd floor (no lift access), so maybe the price is cheaper than the 1st floor room.
