酒店環境很好 乾淨舒適 對於一個開了有近十年的酒店來説 我覺得內外部環境衞生 都算維護得很不錯的了 服務方面有點小插曲 都是總體工作人員都蠻親切友好的 孩子玩的也很開心 一點小問題是酒店位置 如果需要叫外賣的話 選擇不多 除此以外 這是個很不錯的親子酒店～

加了不多的費用升級到了湖景房，房間寬敞，酒店員工很是專業和周到，沒有問你要好評，酒店周圍的環境絕對是好的。無線網絡不是很強大和穩定，親子酒店的小童的室內活動室太小。酒店內的中餐廳菜品優秀。

一家度假型酒店，酒店中餐廳非常不錯，奧灶麪、餛飩、油爆蝦每次必點，秋天來吃正宗陽澄湖大閘蟹，春天來賞櫻花，和中餐廳門口那株櫻花，已經成了老朋友。
