Very good, the price-performance ratio is really high. I came here for my birthday. I have been to places around Shanghai. This time, I researched for a long time and came to Alanruo. I am very satisfied. Zhou Zhonglai helped us upgrade the courtyard king room for free, and then sent welcome snacks, red velvet cake and courtesy fragrance. I went to eat their coconut chicken hot pot at noon! ! I really recommend it! I have eaten it many times in Sanya, but this one is really better. The authentic local chicken is rich in fat, and the soup really surprised me! The meal for two is very large and I was full. Afternoon tea was delivered as soon as I entered the room. It was very rich. The pistachio or something green cake was really delicious. Then when it was close to dinner, Tremella soup was delivered. I really couldn’t eat it~ We ate their Western restaurant in the evening. Fortunately, I was afraid that I couldn’t eat it, so I changed the five-course set meal to three, which was just right! When I rested in the room at night, the housekeeper sent me snacks. I almost thought I was in a confinement center. Hahaha, six meals a day~ Overall, I am very satisfied. The service is very good. There is also an ancient town nearby. I will come again! Oh, and the breakfast is also very rich!

酒店位置不錯，窗外就是竹林和湖，周圍很安靜。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得挺有風格，讓人感覺很舒服。服務細節誠意滿滿，建羣有管家時時關照，晚上還會點好香氛，備好銀耳羹，床頭放上蒸汽眼罩。總的來説，是個適合放鬆的地方。

説實話自己也旅過不少遊住過很多酒店，這裏確實入住體驗非常好。房間幫忙做了升級，很寬敞也很乾凈，整體因為是淡季還是週中入住的 所以感覺周邊人比較少，這裏很適合那種想遠離城市喧囂，獨處幾日的地方。 從入住開始都驚喜不斷，聞香型選香薰，房間內還有mini bar ，裡邊小零食飲料都應有盡有，每天下午都有送下午茶，包含水果還有小甜品，可惜這幾天咳嗽沒法吃太多哈哈。 服務：服務也是沒話説，有求必應。 周莊古鎮門票:這個也是包含在內，跟管家預約一下就好很方便，這邊去周莊二十多分鐘打車就到了
