we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

Cons: Breakfast Service Needs Improvement:During breakfast, I found a strand of hair in my soy milk, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the restaurant staff, but unfortunately, the chef did not respond or offer to replace the soy milk or provide any other compensation. This handling of the situation left me very disappointed and affected my dining experience. You can take the subway to travel to other areas. The room is very comfortable, with open views and complete facilities. The overall management is very efficient, and all the staff we come into contact with are very polite and sincere in their hospitality. Both the lobby staff and front desk staff provide excellent service. There is an indoor swimming pool with good water quality. The locker room and fitness room are well-equipped. I especially like the staff in the men's locker room who are very dedicated and courteous to guests. The hotel's Western restaurant has a comfortable environment and good service. The breakfast buffet is quite rich and delicious. If I travel to Kunshan again, I will continue to choose Crown Hotel.
