After all it is a dim road. Check out was fast We just needed to wait for the driver to send us to the airport but one of the passengers was 3 minutes late. The driver drove very fast and dropped us off at the arrival zone and asked us to walk to the departure Over all it is still recommended to take this hotel as a transit hotel for the early morning flight in Kunming.

We were looking for a few hrs stay before our midnight flight. Saw this hotel in trip.com and we called to check. 小丹 was cleared our queries over the phone and shared there is airport transfer. She is very friendly and helpful. Another staff was too very helpful but i forgot to get her name. The airport transfer transport was stuck at the airport and could not came back to hotel to send us to airport. This nice and helpful lady staff help us called didi and even help us bring the luggage up the car. There were some issues with the GPS during the car ride. She called the driver and emphasize to the driver he must us to the airport. It was a great short few hrs stay. :)

I booked a package that included zoo tickets and took the initiative to remind me that there is a flower city nearby that we can visit, but we didn't have time to go there because the children woke up late and went directly to the zoo.

Superb location. Just on the main road with Nanping pedestrian street less than 10m away. No tea in the buffet and the lady handling breakfast was not interested to provide us hot tea. She gave us cold tea and we had to request for it to be made hot. Nobody to help with taking our bags to the room. Front desk staff doesnt know even basic English. Translating was the option but its not always accurate hence it too long for the checkin process.

Love this hotel! The room is very clean, bed is good and they give me lots of pillows that make me sleep well. I also like the toilet with the light and automatically flush so you can go to the toilet at night without turning on the light. They also provide the free transfer from airport. The staffs are nice even they can't speak English. Will back there again.

Excellent location. Was just 5-10min walk to Kunming station Hotel was clean but you can tell was dated. Nowhere as well-kept as the Jinjiang Classique hotel at The Bund, Shanghai I stayed. Family Room I booked was actually two bedrooms with connecting doors. Cute layout for kids. :D Food was ok. Nothing to rave about.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff kindly upgraded our room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The room itself was superbly spacious and impeccably clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, including collecting all my parcels and handling exchanges and refunds. I am 100% thankful for the exceptional service provided. The hotel’s location is also a major plus, being quite close to the Kunming train station. We had a morning train to catch, and it was very convenient to just walk to the station. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who are transiting through Kunming.

This is a very tasteful hotel, stacked in the building built by Vanke, like a flower blooming, with the smell of the Aegean Sea floating in the air, the walls are inlaid with Yunnan straw, and a lot of reed straw has fallen from the roof, floating above a giant log table, with various openings of appropriate proportions, such as round door lintels and window lintels, which look very much like the walls of the Greek Acropolis 🇬🇷! The clear water floor is clean and simple, and I really want to walk around barefoot! Various smart connections, only in China can such a possibility exist! Breakfast is also rice noodles cooked by myself, of course, it is only a process of taking out and scooping, and all kinds of ingredients are properly surrounded! This is a hotel of beauty and wisdom, I think this is my feeling!

It was very late when we arrived, and the lady boss came out to answer the phone. The moment the phone was connected, her voice touched me, so gentle. The room was consistent with the picture, the bathroom was very large, and the washbasin and shower were separated, which was very convenient. I also liked the decoration style, and they thoughtfully placed a power *****. Because I arrived too late, I didn't take pictures of the room and went straight to sleep~

GGuest UserOverall, I like this hotel chain in general and would stay there again, both at this location and in other cities. This was not the first location for this chain that I have stayed at. Location: The hotel is located in a fairly central location. It is very close to Green Lake, though you'll need a map in order to know that. It's across the street from a KFC, 711, and Starbucks, and around the corner from a Burger King. There are also quite a few shared bikes (both electric and not) available from several different companies in front of the hotel. Amenities: Breakfast is available for an additional charge, and there is a laundry room. I used neither of these. The hotel room has a refrigerator and more than the standard two bottles of drinking water plus an electric kettle, tea set, two packets of tea, and some candy in a dish (that looked like it had been there for a very long time). This hotel chain is generally very good about giving you more water if you ask. The bed is very comfortable, the tv is huge, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the room is clean overall. There were ink stains on the sofa, but no problems with the bedding. Some of the furniture/walls were starting to be in need of repair, but it's not a problem unless you're super picky. Safety/Service: The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions that you have, but you'll need to speak Mandarin or have a translator handy. English is limited or non-existent. I felt safe in my room, and I didn't worry about leaving things in my room that I generally keep on my person in other hotels. The maid was also very kind and helped me when I saw her in the hallway and asked for help with a small problem (that was totally just my ignorance and too embarrassing to mention!). WIFI: Wifi is available, but there is no information about the network or password in the room that I could find. I went down to the front desk and the woman there put the password on my phone for me. Quiet: Well, there were some very loud and very rude guests staying in rooms near me. I don't know what the hotel's response would have been as I didn't all the front desk to complain. It definitely could have been quieter. There was no noise from outside the hotel, though. Problems: I stayed at this hotel three nights total but two times (one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of my trip). My second room at this hotel (when I stayed for two nights), there was a blinking light inside a grate in the ceiling that can only be seen when all the lights are out. It was really bothering me, and making it difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk at approx. 12:30 in the morning, and they didn't quite understand my problem (completely due to my sub-par Mandarin), but they sent someone to take a look. The maintenance guy who came said he knew exactly what I was talking about once I pointed upward. He didn't need me to turn off the light and show him. He said there was nothing he could do. If they turned out that light, I would have no electricity in the room. He also said that it's like that in every room. I didn't remember seeing it in the first room I had stayed in at the beginning of my trip, and I also didn't remember it from when I had stayed for three nights at a different location. Whether it really exists in every room or not is here nor there, though it ought to be obvious that a blinking light that doesn't turn off when you turn all the lights off is a bad idea, and something ought to be done). It is possible that it exists in every room but that it's not visible from the bed in every room due to the placement of that grate.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning aesthetic design. The blend of modern elegance with unique architecture created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located next to a luxury mall with a supermarket in the basement where you can buy international groceries, pastries and fruits. Guests may also venture to other malls around the area or a night flea market that opens late into the night. Buffet breakfast featured an extensive selection that included pastries, fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs cooked to order, and an array of dishes like congee with Yunnan spices. Food was good for a buffet spread, with staff ensuring that the buffet was well-replenished and clean. What truly sets the hotel apart is its service. From the moment I arrived, staff was warm and attentive, ensuring that my every need was met. The front desk team was knowledgeable and eager to help. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests. Special mentions to Mila, who helped to facilitate the courier of my daughter's medicine, which I left behind at the hotel. Mila went out of the way to made sure that the medicine reached us on time. She kept us updated throughout the process. Communication was prompt and reassuring, which alleviated our worries. Overall, I want to thank the hotel staff for making my stay a memorable one and I look forward to my return in future.

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip. shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in. night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

Hotel is located within walking distance to pedestrian streets and shopping malls. GGuest UserWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.) Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

GGuest UserLocation was great that it was a walk away from the Kunming Railway Station where I needed to be to leave the city. I liked how it was near a lot of food places! The volunteer Evens was an interesting person to talk to when I learned about his background in what he does as an occupation and where he is originally from in China. The owner Winni was a nice person as well and I appreciated and enjoy her and some of the other guests that cooked for us the night that we had a big dinner. Thank you for being part of the chef crew Winni. Everybody who stayed at the place was respectful and considered towards one another in the way that they conducted themselves. Was able to go along with the rules of this hostel because it fit my daily habits. Nobody had any habits that bothered me. Not really into the hostel type of stays, due to lack of privacy. Was just happy to stay at this place since it was pretty much right at the doorstep of the Kunming Railway station where I can catch my train on time where I wouldn't end up getting lost in the city which in turn would end up missing it. The only negative thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom did not have bath towels and just regular hand towels where I would not be able to dry myself very well after showering. Because of this I didn't want to take a shower at this place and the fact that these towels were used repeatedly from other guests, which made me feel uncomfortable wanting to use it. Would come back to this Hostel again if I happen to have to come back to Kunming again where I needed to be near this train station to catch at train there.

SSanyarat Mungklang , Thailand.The location is near the metro. It's just 5 minutes walk. Easy to find this property. The girl at the front desk when I checked in is enthusiastic to help me. She almost doesn't speak English but she's had a lovely service mind. This property is so close to the green lake park. I spend the time from this hostel to the park just 4 minutes walk. It's worth to stay here and the price can afford for the solo travelers who want to save cost like me.

SSUMINWe are from Lijiang and are going back to Thailand. Stop over at Khun Ming for 1 night, choose a hotel near the walking street, surrounded by shopping areas. Coming to the hotel is easy, you can take the subway from the high-speed rail station, Line 2, Kunming Subway Station, pass 3 stations, change to Line 3 at Dongfeng Square Station, then continue 1 more station, get off at Wuyi Station. Exit this station and find a shopping area. Walk 2-300 meters to the hotel. There are 2 medium-sized bedrooms, and the bathroom shares a door. It's quite stiff and doesn't move very well. If you don't think too much about the quality of the room Selecting a location first is still acceptable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, not far from Nanping Pedestrian Street and Cuihu Park, which is very convenient for my travel. The boss's service attitude is also very good, kind and gentle to others. Great! The bed is also very comfortable to sleep on, and the decoration style is also the type I like. There is a North Railway Station next to it, and there are three subways, which is convenient to go anywhere. I will come to this hotel next time.
