The hotel is near the metro and can walk to Ginkgo shopping store. Easy to move from and to the airport. The room is not bad. Recommend this place if you have to stay for a short time in Kunming. And easy to chat with the owner on WeChat.

The room is clean and the service is good as fast response is given through WeChat. But the bathroom needs some renovation as it gets moldy, the lighting is dim, and the drainage system doesn’t work well. Also, the area is nearby main road which a lot of honking mostly whole day, except midnight. Overall is grudgingly accepted for this price.

It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel, then figure out it is directly opposite the A exit of Tangzixiang station. The building is old but the room is spacious and clean, location is very good, short walk to shopping and plenty of food. Lady owner is very friendly and helpful.
