房間環境很好很大，設施也很齊全，前台還給免費升了房型，工作人員的服務很好，主動提醒我們使用音響和投影，贈送的下午茶也很精緻，很貼心！外賣有人專門送到房間門口，很貼心。房間內有空調，空間很大，落地窗看風景很漂亮。因為比較累，前台主動給我們免費延遲退房。真的很好！！下次有機會還來，雖然價格有點高，但是環境真的很美，偶爾來休息一下很不錯！早餐也很美味～非常美好的體驗！

房間環境很好很大，設施也很齊全，有投影儀和音響，前台還給免費升了房，小姐姐態度也很好！！外賣有人專門送到房間門口，很貼心。房間內有空調，空間很大，落地窗看風景很漂亮。因為到店很晚，前台姐姐還讓我們延遲退房，真的很好！！下次有機會還來，雖然價格有點高，但是環境真的很美，偶爾來休息一下很不錯！早餐也很美味～非常美好的體驗！

在昆明中轉一晚，住進了這家充滿驚喜的日式風格温泉酒店。環境太好了，設計品味也特別在線！期待酒店的新產品，下次再來昆明打卡

一次不錯的體驗，酒店在世博園內，打車直接進去，前台熱情，管家幫拿行禮，裏面是石頭小路，拍照很美。還可以在亭子裏拍照和用下午茶。

前台服務很好，房間也給升級了，非常滿意。環境，房間也是物超所值。而且夜晚吃甜品時放門外的鞋子可能是被貓什麼的小動物叼走了，酒店員工摸黑給找回來了，超級好評

差評 説真的 完全不配五星 設施很差 房間到處都是蟲 早餐要個紅薯都沒有； 很不舒服的一次入住；下午茶就是兩個字 隨意 我不知道評價為什麼那麼好 是不是老闆看人下菜
