多次入住昆明華邑酒店，工作人員態度很好，尤其前台Sunny讓人印象深刻，每次提前聯繫都能妥善安排，真正讓人賓至如歸。

辦理入住的時候有一位前台叫春梅的態度非常差，回答問題一臉不耐煩 全程黑臉。後面朋友的房間設施有問題也推三阻四不給換房間，真的很不理解 心情不好那就別上班啊，總之當天的好心情都被這個工作人員影響了！！！！

已經住過好幾次了，每次來昆明必住私湯房！必須表揚哈酒店服務員杜婷婷，我們這次上來昆明玩，到昆明已經凌晨一點了，很累了就想泡個温泉，結果泡池沒打掃乾淨，我媳婦非常生氣，杜婷婷非常好的安撫了我們的情緒，很專業情商很高聽的讓人舒服，幫我們換了間房，後面雖然不上班但仍然盡心盡責，時刻關注我們，給我們非常愉快的住店體驗！當然，打掃衞生的阿孃也是值得表揚的👍總體還是很滿意的，這次住店，希望酒店繼續做的更好，也希望杜婷婷這個小姑娘可以走的更高，因為她值得！ 設施：好！ 衞生：好！ 環境：好！ 服務：好！
