Location and customer services are good, just the cleanliness need to improve, the aircond found bad smell when turning it on, overall ok. One more thing, the breakfast is delicious and got many different selection, recommended!!

It was a great stay for us,, love the place. It is around nice neighbourhood with a lot of eatries and massage shop. Best of tea shop with a lot of pur tea to test out. It about 11 minds walk to subway station at South ring. Staff of this hotel are great and friendly and helpful.

We loved it. The room was beautifully designed and well equipped, very quiet and equipped with all kinds of amenities you could wish for. The staff was also lovely and friendly. There is a (DIY) laundry available in-house whhixh we used and much appreciated. The location is great thanks to the fact that there is the railway station as well as metro and restaurant and cafés nearby. The ‚17coffee‘ was amazing (: Note: The name of hotel is different from what it is called on Trip.com but the address is correct. The name is Wonder Land. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Simple but adequate breakfast. I missed my tea snacks and the kind front reception help pass me some to eat in my train ride. The lady in the front desk is very friendly and helpful, always smiling, I know I commented that Already ....

We were a bit confused with the hotel name. It's called Wanderland Hotel. Thankfully the staff at South Ring Road metro station was very helpful. It was quite a distance for us to walk. Took us about 25mins as we had to drag our luggage. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay here very much. Staff was friendly and helped us with booking our 1st didi ride to Green Lake. We left our toothbrush charger at the airport hotel and the lady helped us contact the hotel and arranged the charger to be courier to us. Enjoyed the daily breakfast of mi xian and local breakfast items. Their flower tea is good too. No complaints on the hotel room. It was clean and didn't have cigarettes smell. The railway station is just behind this hotel. About 20mins walk or you can use didi. Very convenient. Only complaint was our room was facing the main road and one morning we were woken up by people talking on the street at wee hours. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

This hotel location is good, to place of interest is quite near. Room is clean, bed is good and they did provide a laundry room. They serve flowers tea during tea time .

First of all, the real name of this hotel is "Wonder Land", and not "Dreamview Rainbow Art Hotel" as the app said (see photo attached). Anyway, it wasn't difficult to find it as the location set is correct. Check-in experiences were smooth, the staff was very helpful and friendly every time I met them. The room was clean and quite comfortable.

The front desk staff was the gem of this hotel. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about providing good customer service. Each day, we were warmly welcomed. In addition, the breakfast was well balanced and healthy. The hotel is strategically located very close to the subway and many attractions, restaurants, and amenities are nearby, making it a great place to explore Kunming.

First of all, the location is good. Near subway (maybe 10-15 mins walking), also near the Kunming railway station. Around here there are many cafe, restaurants, convenient stores. The second, about the room, looks good, clean, large. Even the receptionist can enot spreak English, but she tried to help me. The price is acceptable for the hotel’s quality. Highly recommend if you want stay near the Kunming Railway Station

The hotel was a little confusing to find, maps said we were there, but all the signage on the hotel says "WONDERLAND" not Dream View Rainbow. Hotel was very clean, but some parts were quite old and worn, although rooms were newly renovated. Great location, close to train station and subway. Staff were very friendly.
