Song Hotel Kunming

I recently stayed at the Dianchi Songpin Hotel, and the overall experience was very pleasant! The hotel is located on the bank of Dianchi Lake, with a quiet and elegant environment. You can enjoy the lake and mountains by opening the window, as if you are in a natural painting. The guest room design combines Chinese aesthetics with modern comfort, with soft bedding, high-end bathroom facilities, and quality in every detail. I especially want to praise Xiao Ma at the front desk. She made us feel at home from the moment we checked in! Knowing that this was our first time in Kunming, she not only enthusiastically introduced the hotel's special facilities, but also thoughtfully planned a surrounding tour route for us. She was responsive throughout the whole process, patient and efficient. Her smile was kind and her service was professional, which truly interpreted the warmth of "treating guests like relatives". The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, and the rice noodles and small pot rice noodles are very authentic; the gym and swimming pool are fully equipped, and the experience is perfect. If you come to Kunming for vacation or business, Dianchi Songpin is definitely a recommended choice, especially thanks to Xiao Ma and the team for making this trip so perfect
